I am so incredibly glad I found Adore Me a few years ago. As a curvy girl, it was so difficult to find lingerie that fit me, with my luscious booty and ta-ta's.
From their lingerie to their sleepwear to their loungewear and bathing suits, the fit, price and variety has been nothing short of amazing.
I've never bought from a company where I have so many items in my wishlist. I live in these clothes!

To expensive can't afford it I didn't order anything but you charged my account so I had to get something which cost me even more because of your extra fees
I thought it would be like third love, and could return with no problems, since we can't try it on since it's online shopping. And I understand the cleanliness process, but they make it so difficult to return. And so long. Took forever to receive back and you can't see updates on your return, and you still have to pay a restocking fee. I basically returned next day and they told me to wait until April 21st to see if I receive my refund. And that's if my return got approved. They have all these rules to try on. Which some I understand but I basically have to wrap my head in plastic so that I don't risk not getting it approved.

I was missing the top from a set I ordered and they told me I had to return the bottom and then reorder the whole set. Well the bottoms were out of stock in my size so why would I return the one in my size that I already had instead of them just sending me the top I was missing? They were not willing to work with me or help. I promptly cancelled my membership at that point. Help the customer, don't make things more difficult on them for your mistake!

The sets are very pretty. The thread loop that holds the crisscross ribbon on the back of the of the panties broke when I took it out of the packaging though. That was disappointing.

I ask for sleep/lounge wear. I stated no bras because my breast are natural G cups and your bras provided no support, but I continue to receive bras and other items I specifically stated I did not want in my profile. One month my box was cancelled because there were few items available in my size? I considered canceling if my boxes don't get better in variety and color; most items are black/dark. Also, the ability to exchange items for a different size if you like the item but the size is off.

AdoreMe charges for items that are damaged when in route to be returned to them. Why would I be responsible something that happened during shipment that was not my fault. That is not fair.
This site has a amazing interface.The product viewing was fast and easy.the transaction were smooth with out any glitch.
Do not order from this company! They have great clothes; the problem is that they send you boxes you wont receive and then four months later will charge you for the full box, even after they say they won't! Buyer Beware!

I ordered 2 bra&panty sets weeks ago and returned it unworn, with the original package. They charged me a funny "restocking fee" for the return, and I haven't received refund until now. There are no communication or notifications from customer service. Another item in my order was unavailable and they said a store credit would refund to my account. I asked for a refund but still not received yet. Just like other one star reviews here, the business is terrible and a money grab. Do not buy!

I've been buying my bras exclusively from AdoreMe for the last five years because they absolutely blow every competitor out of the water. Do you have any idea how many pairs of VS/Pink underwear I've gone through because they fall apart in the wash? On top of that, I have never returned a set from AdoreMe for not fitting me because sizing is always consistent, customer service has never been a problem, and I love the quality and options available.
My experience with Adore Me's site has been total ease. I'm going through a makeover regarding my underwear drawer (thanks to my membership), and it's been nothing but fun!
While the first couple of boxes only had 1 or 2 items I liked, because of the detailed feedback and perhaps other reasons, the last Elite subscription box I received had items that I liked them all and I had a hard time returning any. I would like to encourage subscribers to use the note section but then be prepared to keep more pieces:-).
While Adore Me was an easy shopping experience and the free shipping for my order and return are certainly enticing, I measured myself, my husband measured me & my daughter measured me. We all came up with the same size. But the Adore Me size did NOT fit - it was *way* too small (I measured a DD, but the G is actually more like it). I ordered 9 bras overall - from DD to G and ended up keeping one - and I don't love it. It was definitely the best of the 9, and I'm desperate for a new bra, so I'm sucking it up, even though it's not very comfortable. My guess is that if you are thin & have small boobs you'll probably find exactly what you want.

I ordered over 100$ worth of stuff one of the items I didn't receive in the order was nearly 60$ I got a credit for one free item the most expensive thing I could find was only 40$ so I lost 20$

I have enjoyed each purchase. Everything comes on time and fit and quality are superb!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
