I am soooo frustrated with items, even in 'my showroom', being sold out in my size. This whole experience has been very frustrating since I started it. The website is not user friendly the filters for search don't work. It will tell me how many items match my criteria. But the list of items on my screen are not reduced to only match the criteria.
Buyer beware. At first I loved the subscription, I enjoyed trying things on at home and easy returns of the things I didn't want to keep. After receiving a $20 fee and finding out it was for "damaged or dirty" returned items, I quickly canceled my subscription. The item they were charging me for had not been tried on and was in its original packing. This happened twice! They got $40.00 that was completely unnecessary. It's unfortunate they are doing this because I really liked the lingerie and pajamas. It's not good customer service at all.
A lot of the products are made with cheap mesh. Beware

I made the mistake of ordering from this company for a Valentine's Day present for my wife. It was only a few days before Feb 14th, so I paid for Express Shipping.It claimed it would arrive Feb 14th or 15th. It arrived on the 16th... fine my fault, I shouldn't have cut it so close. I open the shipment... out of the 3 items I ordered, only 1 complete item was included, along with just 1 small piece of another item. I emailed customer service. It took72 hours for a response. I was told, "we've reported this error to our warehouse team so they can look into it and we're already working on long-term solutions to make sure that we can avoid these kinds of issues as much as possible moving forward." Instead of having the missing items shipped directly to me, I have to go through the hassle of placing another order for one of the items (with a voucher code that they provided so it was no charge) and then go through an exchange process for the item I only received a partial shipment for, to return the piece I received and re-order a new set (complete with a trip to the post office to ship the partial item back). I receive several "we're sorry for the delay in receiving your items" emails about how "In recent months, our shipping carriers have seen an extraordinary amount of demand which has resulted in a number of delays during the shipping process." Finally over 3 weeks after my initial order was placed my wife finally receives all of the items. Hassle over I thought. Then I receive an email "We received the returned item incomplete as a result you were charged a penalty fee of $15." WHAT! Of course, it was returned incomplete because I received it incomplete in the first place and the Customer Service Department told me that I had to return it that way (I had even included a printout of the email exchange along with the return just to avoid something like this). I don't know how this company has so many positive reviews. In my experience, their Warehouse/Operations/Logistics Departments needs a major overhaul and re-organization. Rest assured I will NEVER order from them again.

I have always loved my purchases with Adore Me. The fit is great. The styles are beautiful. There is often a great selection of sizes and colors. This purchase, the quality was not as exceptional as previous purchases; but it is still a great value. Shipping this time for an in-stock item was 20 days. So, if you aren't in a rush, Adore Me is a great choice.
I've been truly satisfied with everything I've purchased this far. Shipping & delivery process is very quick. One item was not sized as I expected. A bustier. I ordered a large & it looks like it was a small but mislabeled as a large. It was a final sale so I am unable to return it. A $40 loss but otherwise everything else has been as pictured on the site and truly good quality.
I love all my purchases through this company. My last purchases was not fully correct and they took care if it ASAP. So far you have a customer for life!
Between 3 bras of the same size and VERY similar design fit completely different... they weren't even close! I don't mind paying a return fee, but PER item when the sizing was so off. It was my first and last time to order their stuff again.

I love 90% of my Adore Me choices. 10% are near misses. Everything I don't buy is 100% miss.
Finding white sets that I can wear to work has been surprisingly difficuly. I really need beautiful sets and give me a long torso, matching cami to add to it, heart flutter. In fact, add long matching camis to every set or as an option, purse opening.
Many "cute" sets are only available in smaller sizes. I'm not sure why over DD is hard to deliver but it seems to be. Invest in the Es and up, please. We do spend money.
The last few months the offerings have been mostly repeats and not sexy, beautiful repeats. 2020s Christmas for Valentine's 2022 - not a win.

I have been purchasing all kinds of products from AdoreMe for several years and have loved everything I've bought. I've bought lingerie, bras, swimsuits, pjs, workout wear.
Everything is good quality and comes quickly. They also offer deals on things frequently.
The bra is already doing the weird pad thing where you can see it through your shirt unfortunately and only had it for a couple weeks.
The lingerie set is amazing—fit okay a little loose.

I ordered a bathing suit and it took 3 weeks for them to cancel my order and say that they didn't have it then when I reordered the same bathing suit in a different size that they still said it had in stock they did the same thing and then another time with another bathing suit and then I ordered bras and did the measurements for the scale for sizing and it still did not fit and I had to return them twice.

They wear beautiful and the customer service was great
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
