Been buying from adore me for about a year. The first time the bra and panty set fit perfect but since then it's hit or miss. While it's easy to return it does become a hassle to keep trying things to have it not work out and then try to exchange for a size that might be sold out. The pj sets I have had more luck in but might just continue to buy my lingerie in person from another store.

My husband signed me up for this service and we were happy with the products. We returned the items we did not want and then did one more. We couldn't afford it so we decided to cancel. They didn't cancel, and when we returned the items they claimed that they were damaged/dirty, even though we had left them in pristine condition. Not only that, they had sent several incorrect items and attempted to charge us for them. They refunded us the money, luckily. The next time, I wanted to only do one box for bikini tops. They sent an incorrect item again, which was fine, I found what I was looking for. I returned the items in May. In June they sent me another box after I thought I had cancelled my subscription, which could have been my fault for not checking, I'll admit that. I emailed them that they had sent an incorrect item and they said I would not be charged for it. They were preparing to send me a July box but I unsubscribed. HOWEVER. The day after I unsubscribed, I received charges for damaged/dirty items from the May box which was from TWO MONTHS PRIOR. I also got charged for returning the incorrect item (the one that I had emailed them about previously). I emailed them and they again refunded me but it seems like some shady business practice to suddenly charge people for things after they unsubscribe. I did not open my June box at all (left all the items in the packaging) and if my theory is correct, they will probably charge me for those items even if I didn't touch them. So if you want to take the risk, they do have quality items but they make their money from "damage". Hopefully they pull it together in the future but I am deeply disappointed in these shady practices.

Two items I ordered were too big. Adore Me makes it very easy to return items, either for exchange or voucher.
I've been a VIP member for years. Always love the new and latest styles! Quality, fit, and feel is always superb! Highly recommend!
Somewhat satisfied because I wish When I say something is too small y'all would send it in a larger size and there was kind of line of communication with the stylists
I have had a positive experience so far with Adore me elite. Some of the clothing received were items I would NOT have ordered for myself, but surprisingly, I loved them.

I can never use my credit card, it always says that my card was declined

I bought a bikini with a large top and medium bottom. Realized I need a small bottom and maybe a medium top. So I was able to request an exchange without extra cost. BUT once I received my exchange I realized the small bottom worked but the previous order large top fit best. So now I have two items, one from original order and one from exchange that I cannot return because they consider your original orders "sets" and will not break them up. Not even in their system. If I had originally chosen to return my large and medium and get a medium and small, I would have then had to pay shipping to send back and then shipping to rebuy and then another round of returns just to realize I needed the large top I just paid to send back. Sound confusing? Yes, it is absolutely not acceptable especially when we cannot be expected to know our size online and be penalized (yes they used that word) if you need to return or exchange. I DO NOT recommend this company. Not return or exchange friendly.
Unfortunately, the order I placed for a friend's bridal gift had major shipping delays despite choosing the more expensive shipping option. I emailed back and forth with the company for over two weeks trying to see if it would arrive in time for her wedding, and then to see if they could change the shipping address after her wedding date passed. Despite the fact that it sat somewhere in California for two weeks, they were not able to change the shipping address so there was no bridal gift for my friend before her wedding. Customer service folks were kind and respectful but unhelpful.

I was charged $40 for returned items saying it was dirty or damaged. It was neither. I received no warning for the charges or proof of the accusations.

Love the products, very comfortable and fit right. However the shipping time is never on time. It has taken as long as two weeks to arrive, when it states it would arrive in three days.
The products they make are of nice quality materials and the frequent sales are really nice. They have a wider variety of sizes so I'm finally able to find 30DDD bras, which is *much* better than the 32DDDs that I'd been getting. Unfortunately, they don't offer as much variety for style at that size and/or they sell out of that size quickly, but I understand they can't afford to do this for every bra. My biggest gripe would be that they don't have a smaller band size than a 30. My ribcage is very small and expands to 27.25 in. Around on the high end so a 28 or even 26 may be what I need. I know most people aren't going to be that small, but it's sad that I could only even get that custom ordered or tailored. Plus, some of the designs do not take into consideration where the straps will be. One bra in particular cuts into my arms because the straps are so far apart. These are still by far the best fitting bras I've found, but they do have some chinks in the armor. I will certainly continue to buy from them in the future, even if a smaller bandsize isn't available.
So far I've loved everything I've ordered. It's all been good quality beautiful designs and they fit so good. I love the wide variety and size selection.
I love that they have a variety of plus size choices with more than just bland color choices. They are easy to order from and the items are of good quality.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
