On my recent order I ordered a pair of panties for my wife and what was shipped was similar but not the same item pictured that I thought we would receive.
I place a order for a top and bottom set. But they was sold separately. They only sent the bottom b/c top was sold out. So I have the bottom b/c they will not let me return it. And it took about 4weeks to get that. They tried to make it right by giving me discount codes but you have to pay full price (no sales) so you pay more with the codes. Oh and by the way I am a VIP member

I called to find out why I haven't received the refund for my returned item as of yet. It had been received 5 days prior, but was informed that it can take up to an additional 3 weeks for processing. Once again, NOT what I was expecting from Customer Service

Quality was excellent and shipping was awesome. Corset fit well and was sized perfectly.
While I really love all of the products that I've chosen to keep, in the few months I was an Elite member, I found that I received several unexpected charges which were difficult to dispute. For example, after returning my second box, I was charged for an item being damaged. I only tried the item on, decided I didn't like it for the cost, and put it back it's package. I didn't notice any damage, but didn't wear it long enough to find any. However, I also didn't have a picture of the item to prove that it was either damaged before I received it or that it was fine when I returned it. A few months later, I returned a box with 3 items, and several months later (after I cancelled my subscription), I was charged with a fee for not returning those items. Maybe it was irresponsible of me, but I didn't go through the process of getting the receipt at the post office, because one of Adore Me's bragging points is that you can return it without waiting in line. Now I have no proof that I returned those items and am out that money. So while the products are great, make sure you document everything!

Twice, I have paid extra for expedited shipping and both times it wasn't shipped promptly and arrived after the day they promised. And customer service does nothing except tell you to wait.

Everything went great! Everything fit perfect, shipment came in timely fashion. One of the better sites I've used. Easy to navigate through

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
