I would recommend Adore me to every woman! Everything has been true to size and great quality.
Never ordered intimates online before. Used the measurement guides and found the perfect size. Packaging was neat and the quality of each garment I ordered blew my expectations out of the water.
I was happy to order from adore me cause I've never ordered from them before & I've heard good things about them. But I was wrong I guess. I was excited to get my package. The shipping took absolutely forever and said it was going to be delivered on the 12, but it didn't get delivered until the 16th.? I have no idea why, but I got my package. Y'all need to change shipping company's & teach them professional service. The worst shipping company ever!
I have struggled to find the right fit for any type of undergarment wether it be bra or swimwear. I was very pleased to find a company who is so easy to work with ti make the fit just right to make the experience and they way a person feels equally important.
I was a subscriber for a year, so I earned two free sets. The amount of the monthly purchases definitely covered my "free" items, and the items I purchased first are already worn out. Quality slightly less than what you'd find at Lane Bryant, but different enough to may sticking with it for a year worth the time and money.
I placed an order for well over $100 but forgot to put the promotion code in the order. When I asked customer service to add it, they could not and advised me to cancel the order and re order. To do that would have doubled the hold on my card, so that was not a viable option.
Adore Me customer service should have been able to add the promo or just shipped me the item.
A little bit unsophisticated.
Fair pricing. Slow shipping. Lots of styles. Not all are everyday wears. Great size range.

I am always skeptical of ordering clothing online but both pieces fit perfectly and the process was easy. Once the pieces arrived I was very happy with the fit, quality and customer service.
I placed my order on June 19th during the BOGO sale just as I have in the past and was looking forward to receiving them in a few days as I have in the past before my upcoming vacation. I kept checking the app to see if my items were shipped and it eventually said delayed. I received 3 separate emails over the next few days stating there was a delay. I called customer service and they did not help to resolve the situation. I had never had a problem with ordering before and always received my items in a timely manner but I didn't receive my order until 7/6 which was days after Id returned from my vacation. This experience has caused me to question whether to cancel my VIP membership.

I love that there are sizes for larger chests (34G) but these sizes are usually sold out so I still don't have many options when shopping.

I joined the elite membership. Answer all the info about my likes and disliked. Put in my different sizes (bra, panties, dress etc). Nothing in the box matched what I answered. For example my panties size is a 5. They sent large size 10-12. Bra was 38 d don't remember the actual size they sent. But they wouldn't cover one breast. I did purchase one set. But just kept top sent the bottom back. Was charged for the whole set which I expected. That was in April. Now end of July they just charged me for the entire order. Can't get answer to why am being charged 3 months later.

Many choices each month and beautiful sets good deals
I was charged for items I returned because of a warehouse mistake which caused my account to be overdrawn. Then I was charged on the wrong bank account when I specificly gave a different account to be charged. I am not happy!

All around adore Mi has been an amazing company to work with their products are outstanding they fit women with large chest which is my hardest biggest issue I have. Their customer service is reliable and they are always there to answer your question I am blown away with what a wonderful company versus

I've been a member now for six months and it's hit or miss with quality. A few things I really like and some where a one time wear. It was ok until I had to make a few returns. I used to label and sent it back but they said they never received it. So, at this point I need to cancel and it's not worth it to me.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
