Adore me is easy to filter by size and find what you need. Also very easy to skip a month, never been disappointed but ease or quality of product.
I have received an Adore Me box a total of 3 times, April, May and June. I've been picked my items I wanted and returned the rest. Roughly a month or 2 later I get an email for the April box saying they didn't receive and they withdrew roughly $250 from my account. Not sure on exact amount as I got problem resolved. So I call customer service and they say they can see that the warehouse received the box and a refund was sent. Okay, mistakes happen it was resolved they got their items back I got my money back. Today August 2nd, same thing happens with the May box they send an email saying they didn't receive and then automatically took $224.70 from my account. I call customer service they look it up and there it is saying the warehouse received the box back and they are issuing me a refund. I received the email saying items had not been returned on 8/1/22 at 6:14p how is it that they charge me for what is already in there system as returned? Twice? I will give them credit they have excellent customer service but the disconnect between billing and the warehouse definitely needs fixed.
Really enjoy the monthly subscription box and the variety it provides! Exchanging items or changing sizes is super easy too. The only thing I wish was better was the tracking, which may not be their fault. Often the tracking information never updates until the day it arrives, and often it switches from ups to USPS on the day it's supposed to arrive, adding several more days. Again, this isn't necessarily on adore me, but it is an opportunity for improvement.
A mistake was made on my account, I was accused of making the mistake myself which I did not. Then when I asked to speak to a manager they had no one with that title, not even a supervisor. I spoke with two different representatives and they were both very rude, dismissive and both were unable to fix the issue as they were not supervisors or managers and didn't not have one for me to speak to directly. Instead kept telling me I'd have to email.

I bought the Leondra shortie. The appearance and feel on the outside is great, but the lining along the bottom curled a bit at the edges because it's not all sewn down, so it sometimes chafes, especially the sensitive parts down there. However, it's great for just sitting around at home or at work, but not so great if you plan to walk, exercise, or run for longer than 30 minutes at a time. The lace is pretty sturdy and flexible, which is an excellent bonus. They are true to size and have plenty of room to stretch, for added comfort.

I love Adore Me, however, most of the styles I want to purchase only go as high as a 38DD. I'm moving on to other brands that are truly a body inclusive experience. My 44DD frame deserves better than in illusion of inclusivity.
They always have good quality options. I enjoy having a variety of color schemes and clothing options to choose from. Their elite box is always fun and it makes me step out of my comfort zone! I love it!
The site is very easy to use the description of the clothes is very informative. The sizes are spot on. If I needed to return anything it was very easy to do
I love all my items I get in the vip program it was a little misleading with the price I have to search for items with the actual price comparison because there's a lot that aren't that price. So far I love my items I received unfortunately two of my undergarments tore very easily in the wash by themselves and a undergarment protective bag so that was bad. So I recommend hand washing
I was excited to have membership with so many cute clothing sets and options. But m, turns out, every time I wanted a certain outfit or color or size they were out of stock. I also needed swimsuits in time for a trip, and ordered with enough notice, yet kept getting told shipping times were delayed, which hadn't happened before. I ordered from another place. I recently cancelled my membership but if they do better stocking all items, I might retur

I was a first time buyer I purchased 5 items, four of which did not fit so I returned them in exchange for a refund. It's been 8 weeks, I have yet to see my refund $$$

When I get a set that fits, I am very happy! But depending on the style, I am either a 34DD or a 36DD or a medium or large panty. I exchange often, but am happy with their customer service.

I've returned every box I've received with all items I'm not purchasing. I even seal the box before shipping. It takes more than a month for the box to reach your warehouse and then items are missing from the box which I in return am charged for. Items I didn't keep. I'm not sure why happens in transit but items are being removed from the box that I return. This has happened twice. I will be canceling the membership.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

We are very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the returning of your product. The packages sent back to our warehouse do have to process through a severe quality control system and once this is completed we receive the confirmation and only then we can issue the refund.
Also, It is true that given the current situation, we've extended our return window to 90 days, since March 25th 2020, as we encourage our customers to stay indoors and send back their set(s) when it's safe to do so. Will be sure to email you with the refund details after the products will be received back in process.
