Items not available but no refund?

After ordering two items and waiting a couple of weeks I was notified they were sold out. Instead of a refund I was given two separate credit codes that could not be used in the same order. With taxes, etc. the site made more money off of me.

I paid extra for express shipping but it came several days late and the pair of undies I've worn had a waistband made of non stretchy rather than elastic. The bra is ok.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

They say they do stress free returns, but that is not the truth. They'll approve your return request, you'll ship it out the same or next day, it will say delivered 3 days later, but they will wait 90+ days to actually process it and then blame you for it not being processed in time. They will keep the item AND your money even though you followed THEIR instructions. I returned an item unworn, new with tags, in the exact same packaging it came to me in. They approved the return and provided the label and took off their $5 "restocking" fee, then waited 90 days to "process" it and ended up keeping my money saying it wasn't processed in time even though that was out of my control and my return was within the approved time window. A complete and utter scam. I had to go to my bank. This is DISGUSTING.

Late delivery

I was told my item would be delivered on 8/10. Today is the 10th my item is still in California according to there tracking. Reached out to customer service zero response.

I needed a 38DDD bra with a Large bottom. AdoreMe had both in stock but would not ship a set that would fit properly. 0X bottoms were too big and 38DD were too small but that apparently the only way AdorMe would is willing to pair sets. Sucks that you have what I need but will not ship together. Will how much we spend with AdorMe and love the products it just always seems like sizing or shipping delays are almost always a problem.

I don't like being charged for items I don't order and was trying to reach Customer Service to have them explain the program and tell me what my options are. All you do is go in circles. Although I like the products, now I just want out and a refund on my last credit card charge.

Variety in the boxes was terrible

Seemed more like the boxes contained over stock items. Variety was terrible. All summer long and no bathing suits. Basically all pajamas. Variety received was not like advertised items. 3 boxes in a row with nothing interested. Wasted money

Great place to shop

Easy site to maneuver around, easy to order and get shipments.

Only thing that would add that last star is more plus options. I'm a 36J and kinda hard to get. Even though depending on style I can fit a 38H or I
They seem to sell out quicker than the smaller sizes.

Bizarre sizing, cheap clothing

This was my first and last order. I was on the hunt for pajamas, and excited to see inclusive sizing, so I bought several pairs. The material was cheap and smelled strongly—definitely not worth the price. The pajamas themselves were sized weirdly—the bottoms fit, but the tops were so large they hung down below the girls and we're definitely not wearable. Because they come as sets, not separates, there's no way to adjust without also sizing the bottoms down. And then you get charged a per-item restock fee if you decide you want to return, instead of exchange! I won't be purchasing again.

Wrong items - shipping rip off

First order I ordered three swimsuits and got a pair of pants a lingerie top and a shirt. Went to return them and they only give vouchers that you can use one at a time causing you to pay additional shipping for each item. In addition I had previously paid for expidited shipping and in the three seperate reorders I did too and did not get them by even the latest date listed. And got the replacements and one was incorrect again (wrong sizes) I will never order again and I hope others don't also. Customer service says one voucher one purchase and more shipping:-/

The site lists each color and each style when browsing by type, which gives the illusion of a big variety when in reality you're just seeing the same styles over and over again. It makes it difficult to know what all the style options because there is an overwhelming number of color options all mixed in. It would be easier to just see the styles available and then select the color once you choose the style. You could always have a filter for folks who only want to see styles available in certain colors.

Then the other problem is the color availability swatches on the product page. The icon is too small. You can't see what a pattern looks like. Also, when a color isn't available the cross line through the swatch is too small to see.

All this combined leads to a lot of time searching trying to find what you want.
