I returned two sets to get a different size and one of the two new sets that came back had a hole but I didn't notice it until I wore it so I couldn't return it again. The second one the bra was not like the first one I received. It's like the bra has been chopped off to make the arms smaller. Anyway first experience and last one.
This company is fine, unless you return an unopened Elite Box and during transit back it get lost/missing and they want to charge you for the amount the box was worth. They will not remove your card on file, or cancel your account. This is bad business. It was not my fault it got lost/ items missing, but they want you to pay either way. I have uploaded my receipt showing when I checked out that I returned all items.

I used to love your products, amazing materials, longevity of wear, but the last 2 orders I made were cheap, rough material and the underwires wore through quickly.
I still have one set from my first orders from many years ago it's outlasted all of my recent sets. I have worn these on the daily but l probably will not repeat my business with your company for as hopeful as I had been, I've not had good products the last 2 times I've made a purchase.
Quality thick band that holds up. Excellent hook and eyes. Beautiful sexy material but it's quality and doesn't fall apart. These last bra and panty sets were much higher quality and looked expensive Nymphadora set and Margarita were high quality lingerie sets.
After purchasing several items from adore me multiple months I was charged for damaged items that I literally had on for second thing on my box after showering. There in NO way the items were damaged. And EVERY SINGLE ITEM was hit with a $20 charge with no proof of damage or even an option to purchase these items that I ended up paying over 100 dollars for. Will be canceling immediately and telling everyone I know that uses this company. We also got charged this nearly 3 months after returning box.
All the items i have purchased, which is a lot, is great quality BUT the sizing is very different on some styles. The loungewear is absolutely my favorite items. The panties fit great. The no wire and lightly lined bras are were i have an issue with size, should size down a cup size. Items have been received in a timely manner.
I keep receiving items I've received before. Same exact thing. Also, my styling choices are ignored. I specifically ask for NO padded bras, yet I'm still receiving them
I will cancel this subscription if this doesn't change.

I returned a swimsuit that didn't fit me. Two months after mailing it back they tell me they never received it and they take away my credit.

As already mentioned, the packages sent back to our warehouse do have to go through a standard quality control system and once this is completed we will send you a confirmation. This means that the package may have been successfully received but just not completely processed yet. Very comfy and easy to put on. I feel good when I put it in. I bought it for myself...
Was very happy with the amount of items that were sent to me! It would be nice though if the bras/panties were separate only b/c there will be times where I want/need more of one than the other. LOVE the varity and can't wait for my next box!
I have been with Adore Me for quite dome time. They have been the absolute best! Their customer service is friendly and quick. Returns and exchanges are super easy. And their products hold up for YEARS.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
