I don't particularly like the cheap products. I would not recommend and am uncertain I would order again.
Didn't come in when expected but they had clear communication regarding that so I do not fault them. I work with online retail as well so I feel like I understand how these things go and oftentimes it's out of the brand's control. Products were excellent and good quality so far. Fit is great, too.

Every single time I find a bra that fits me, I try to buy it in a different color. It is always sold out and never restocked. They do not ever like to make the same bra again, which is very irritating. I just want a comfortable bra in another color and can't get anything.

Love the product but customer service is terrible. They blamed UPS instead of taking ownership of their policies. Could have saved a customer but lost one based on service they provided.

Two main issues. I used the fit guide and even watched the video on measuring to order the bras. They did not fit. Not the biggest deal - except that I need to exchange and my size is not in stock...
The more pressing issue is that I was traveling to a work conference and needed the bras. I paid extra to ensure the bras would get here on time before my flight. They were delayed. I was STILL CHARGED THE UPGRADED SHIPPING. Not only did I not get the bras on time, I was charged more for them to come late! Not happy.
And then of course, they were here after I returned from my work conference and they did not even fit!

They helped me when my package got lost and refunded my money so I could get the items I wanted. 10/10
Shipping time was delayed three different times. Product offered on the website was not available as stated. Overall the product is worth the cost.
I love adore me products but one thing I want to explain is the bra and panties sets the lace Is not quality enough when I wash products the lace fabric rips apart
Soft after a wash - the seams and lace a bit stiff at first. Bra cups too big and cannot just tighten straps as then too 'high', but body of slip fits fine.
Since starting my Adore Me subscription, I now only purchase all of my bras and panties from here. Along with my lingerie and pajamas, amazing quality, great fit every time!

The website was mostly easy to navigate and check out. I was a little disappointed in the variety of bras for larger cup sizes, but I still found some I liked. The delivery took more than a week longer than what I was told it would, but the wait was worth it. The bras are very high quality and are amazing.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
