Bras have been itchy, underwire popping out and poking me, just all around uncomfortable. They're cute, but wildly uncomfortable.

I really enjoy the products I have ordered from Adore me and have recommended to so many people. Now that its a B corp it makes me feel even better about ordering from there. Keep it up - you all are awesome!
When I place my order it said everything was in stock and I would have it within 3 to 5 days they held the order for 5 days in processing then they shipped it sure post out of New York it went to California and now it's on the way to my house in Florida why would you ship this 3,000 miles out of the way it says it'll be here in 13 days that's a far cry from their original estimate. Customer service is absolutely no help whatsoever you get some foreign speaking gentleman that just repeats over and over again how sorry he is but does nothing to help. Never shopping at Adore me again

Horrible company, charges you for their mistakes. You have to catch them and fight with them to fix the mistakes they make. The material of the clothes they send you are horrible, cheap quality. Idk why you even go review the items you get set. It's not like they listen to what you input. If you hate a style, you'll probably receive it every single box.
If you send back clean items, they'll still say they're not "clean enough" and charge you.
If you send back a box, on time, they'll still blame you for it not reaching their facility in the 30 day period. If you don't call them out on it, they'll charge you full price for every item in that box. They'll do this more than once, I think it's a scam/a play they do. See how many customers check their emails and will take the time to fight them on the issue. Luckily the places you return these boxes to will issue you a receipt. Keep the receipt of return!
I hated dealing with this company and cancelled. And yes, I did give about 6 months to try and remedy themselves.

The stylist paid close attention to my preference and made sure each garment selected for this months box matched to my perfection. It was difficult to return some of the selections but household bills come 1st. Thank you for your keen eye, attention to detail, and expert matching skills!
I'm so upset on how issues that are escalated are only thru email with no managers available... bc they "unfortunately don't call customers at this time".
I ordered 12 items only for order to be "canceled bc max per order is 6-9 items due to a technical limitation".
No call to discuss this exception... just canceled with an email sent. This order was for a celebration/vacation with my husband, only to receive nothing from AdoreMe.
It only takes explaining this rule when orders are made or don't accept the order.

I loved all the choices sent to me in my Elite box. Almost everything was exactly as I requested. I'm so excited to be receiving new items!
It took way too long to get here, and this happens every time I Oder from them, thinking about canceling my membership
Can't wait to get my next box. Found 2 things to keep in my first box. Loved that almost everything was black. It was fun to try some new styles. I also bought some underwear and I am loving how they fit! So comfortable!
My first experience was very positive when I took advantage of a promo deal and placed an order to surprise my wife. Not only did everything fit her as expected, but the products were very well made according to her. I will mention that I based size on her VS garments and that was the right choice. I placed a second order of two sets, one set was a thin sleep set of pants and a tank top. This was far more comfortable for her than expected. I really can't say enough good things about our experiences so far. The best I can tell you is that I will place another order soon.
I have ordered multiple things multiple times and my experience has always been the same. Everything gets to me on time, fits perfectly, and feels great on my skin. I especially love the last part. After a very stressful problem of the order being returned by the post office due to incorrect labeling. (The items were not available for returns) customer service gave me a refund before it arrived to them so I could still get it reordered and not have to wait another week
Adore me does not care about their customers. The customer service representatives are friendly this is strictly about their policies. Our first issue with them is every time we shipped sets to our daughter in Puerto Rico delayed a month to get them and the last time she didn't even receive them. They did issue a credit for that. We canceled and stopped buying. My husband just ordered me 2 sets. 1 set was right size the other set the bra was wrong. You are not allowed to return or exchange just the bra and if you return they charge you a restocking fee of $5.95. They have lost a customer for good. I will not be back. I need a company that not only has good products but cares about the customers instead of taking there money everywhere possible.

Overall, I am pretty happy with the Adore Me experience. I am frustrated about a few things: I am certain they do not pay attention to the items I have selected as ones fitting my style (the purple hearts on each item) for they keep sending me items I have absolutely zero interest in, and nothing in that category is on my wish list. I have also had several billing errors that were automatically removed from my checking account, but were inaccurate. A phone all took care of each issue, but I do not have the desire to continue to have to make 30 minute phone calls every time there is an inaccuracy. Finally, I have received duplicates of items I have already purchased. I could understand if it was a different color, but I do not desire to have two items of the same color.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
