I ordered one bikini and two lounge sets. The one lounge set was too big. Exchanges were easy, I printed my own shipping label and they shipped my new one out super fast. The bikini is amazing, fit is perfect. The lounge sets are well made and super comfy. Very satisfied with Adore Me so far.

I like the site and love the products I bought. However, the shipping was terrible. I only placed two orders but both orders took over two weeks to arrive. That is just too long. Had the shipping been better, I would have stayed.

I have been an Adore Me customer since 2019, but I'm close to ending this relationship and looking elsewhere due to the horrible shipping delays. My last four orders have taken nearly three weeks to arrive if not longer. It has been a major disappointment to not have the items that I wanted on time. This company seriously needs to do better about the timeliness of shipping orders, offer various shipping tiers, or use a different carrier because this is awful customer service!

I placed a one time order on the site, I got an alert from my credit card company that I had been signed up for a reoccurring subscription charge. I reviewed my entire order and their website and found nothing about them even offering a reoccurring subscription style plan. I finally found small print in the terms and conditions about a VIP "membership" you can sign up for a check out that has subscription style rules about placing a monthly order. I have no recollection of "selecting" this at check out and none of my order confirmation info mentioned anything about it. I send an email to their customer service link and got a reply obviously from a bot, that did not address anything I had written about.
I was able to "cancel" the subscription through my credit card company but the whole thing was very off putting.

I ordered a couple of pajamas for a trip up into the mountains, I was given a date of delivery within a few days, that would have been great timing, however, had I realized this was a company like WISH and it would take nearly a month, I would not have spent the money. The clothes are fine just came way too late for the reason of the purchase.

I like the products, the pricing is good. I enjoy the monthly reminder for the subscription and it's easy to defer if I don't want anything. My husband likes it too!
Everytime I order, it takes at least 3 weeks to arrive. Most of the time, I get an email saying the order volume is crazy and that your sorry but this issue isn't improving and nothing is given to customers for their patience.

Products are of good quality and when on or my packages did not arrive, customer service was extremely helpful.

This was an order to replace a set that was sold out when I purchased it. I was a little disappointed at first because I really wanted that set however when I ordered and received my new set I fell in love. I am always so happy when I receive my Adore purchases and this time was no different.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
