When I purchased my order from adoreme, it said it'd take about a week to arrive from my order date. It ended up taking about 2-3 weeks to get to me because it got delayed in processing. There was no indication on the website that there would be any kind of delay and customer service couldn't give me any answers as to why it was delayed other than saying it was a busy order time. If it's gonna take longer to arrive, you should tell me before I order.
Shipping slow, even if you pay to have express shipping. This has been an issue for a long time. They charge you a restocking fee for anything you buy. The plus selection is not as good as the regular sizes. I want a push up plunge bra in 40G too. Just not much good about adore me.
Every interaction I have had with customer service has been a positive experience. Not only do they respond quickly and positively but they also respond with solutions. I truly appreciate this company and their excellent customer service and support.

I love the wide variety of sizing they offer. Their bras fit well, and are beautiful, even the plus size ones (those of us in this category are so often relegated to grandma bras). I wear a 38G, which is hard to find, so I really appreciate the range of sizes that they offer.
Am very displeased with you guys charging my credit card without my permission. Then telling me that's my store credit. That's not a store credit if you still charging my card. Am still paying out of my pocket. So can you take back your store credit and refund my credit card please.

I ordered the wrong size and needed to make a return. Upon calling the Adore Me company I spoke with a representative who was very helpful and made the return process easy
My husband orders them for me from time to time. He can't go wrong! They have amazing styles, and so many choices! I love everything he gets me! I love being surprised when the package shows up!
The quality is just Meh but they will also charge you with a $20 "dirty/damaged clothing" fee every time you send items back. I would only try everything on once, put it right back into original packing and return immediately the way I received it but was somehow charged the $20 fee for TWO boxes through Adore Me! Please be leary!

Every time I get an Adore me bra the size fits the breast accurately every single time and the fact that you can pay $40 at the lowest and can get a full lingerie set that means bra and panty is really not a competition... I love Rihanna FentyXFenty don't fit every time sometimes the stitching is off sometimes the bras are just loose and uncomfortable.

We are very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the returning of your product. The packages sent back to our warehouse do have to process through a severe quality control system and once this is completed we receive the confirmation and only then we can issue the refund.
Also, It is true that given the current situation, we've extended our return window to 90 days, since March 25th 2020, as we encourage our customers to stay indoors and send back their set(s) when it's safe to do so. Will be sure to email you with the refund details after the products will be received back in process.
Moreover, upon processing your return, it is stated that all sets returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set. This means your refund will be the total paid per set minus $5.95 per set refunded to you. You may avoid restocking fees by processing an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges are free of charge (and we even cover the shipping back to us!)

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
