I purchased underwear for my wife in the size and styles that she enjoys. The site allowed the transaction to go through but then I was informed days later that those sizes and styles weren't available. The 5 pairs of underwear were shipped in three separate shippings weeks after ordering

I love Adore Me products, but I wish there was more support for sizing, especially across product lines. I've ordered several bras, all fitting differently. I also have needed to go down a size in the band and am unclear how Adore Me adjusts for that. I can't find anything on the app about that. The size chart doesn't mention comparisons or steps. I'll have to return these, as neither fit.

I have ordered several times and never had a problem till this year. 3 times the first 2 were bras for a small person and I thought maybe I put the wrong information and checked and I put the correct. And since I live in another country it is costly to send back and takes long. So I kept the tiny bras and gave them to someone they would fit and lose out on my 50 dollars each time. Now this order since I didnt learn my lesson and ordered again they sent me something completely off I ordered 3 sets of bras and panties and what did I get? Some homemade looking clothes looking like curtains or sheets sewn together. Absolutely horrible and something I would never order. Now I have not gotten a reply from the higher ups they said 2 days were going on 3. And I knew they would not contact me they dont even want to refund me. For a whole 2 yrs the company was great now they just dont care anymore and just ship whatever is in front of them. How could they mistake 3 different sets of lingerie for clothes and 2 packs of clothes not even 3. I loved their product but have lost all trust with this one. Of your order is more then 100 dollars and they make a mistake say bye to your money. I am livid after waiting half a month and this is what I get. And no help from Adore me what so ever. I've been charged so many random amounts and redeposited said amounts without a single explanation and every charge being different from $45 to $69 and my normal amount of $20. I've only gotten on box the items were alright nothing special i returned them and cancelled my subscription they charge me for next month and send me the box which is fine I know sometimes it takes a while for cancellation process. There is no reason for them to be charging me all these different amount with 0 explanation as to why.
