I love the subscription at Adore Me. The lingerie is cute, comfortable and sexy. My ONLY issue is how long it takes to ship. Waiting 2-3 weeks for my order is just too long compared to other companies.

Nice quality lingerie so far, not quite my style in much of their merch but the pieces I've found have fit, are not uncomfortable, and look nice. Signed up for Elite box, first one was a total bust and I was a bit down about the cost of what they included, but I'll give it a couple more mths to see if contents improve. Return of unwanted box items was beyond easy - put back in box, seal, drop in post box.

Occasionally I've ordered items and have gotten wrong sizes but other than that and having the patience w/delivery always delayed or whatever. I'd say 2.5 stars adore me...#stepyurgameup
When I would order stuff for my girlfriend, they would give me a delivery date. When the date showed up the packages were always late by at least a week, even when I had them shipped priority! So all I can say is I will not order from here again and I would advise you that you will wait forever on your stuff if you order. Not a well run company at all, customer service takes a backseat when it comes to getting your order!

The products themselves are good. Cute stuff, they definitely listen to what you like/don't like, though I didn't like the last box I got. The real issue, and why I will never shop here again, is because TWICE they have charged me for not sending in my subscription box (which is not true, I have proof of shipping the box back) each time taking $250 out of my bank account without even so much as a warning! When I called to see why I received the email saying my box was returned but did not have any items they said that the warehouse just didn't receive my box? So they charge me even though they have proof that I shipped my items back. If this happens once, okay whatever. But twice is just ridiculous and I'll never use this company again and will not be suggesting it to any friends. I will say they were quick to remedy the money issue but it doesn't make up for the root issue of them not managing their items well.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
