Sometimes some bras are smaller than size says but generally good. Really good quality of material
I am a curvy girl and lots of volume up too. I have become literally addicted to a Adoreme. From their special occasion sets, every day west to work out gear. When you are a 40 D and looking for support that holds the girls in place but makes you feel good at the same time; Adoreme has it all! If something doesn't fit right, they have a great return program. I do not shop at any other location for bras and haven't for Atleast 3 years now. Give them a try! You won't regret it!

I found the sizing difficult to anticipate, even with measuring according to the size guide. I kept having to make exchanges, which is tedious. I returned every item and was still charged $15 for a missing bra, which I know that I returned. For me, it was not worth it to have a membership.

Lace on some of the items is already tearing. I wish the lace was better quality. I hope in the future there are more styled. More items not made in China.

I bought all 6 items in my first box but didn't get an offer for my free item like the email said. It was only so much off on one item. That is not free! When you say free it means free not discounted. I spent nearly $400 dollars on my first box. Please explain to me why this happened

I Placed an order on the Adore Me website on 10/22/2022.
It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my order.
Tracking says it shipped (at first) from NY, then tracking said it was coming from CA (?)
Where ever it is coming from I don't know, all I do know is I placed a different order the same day (10/22) from a seller in China and have already received that order.

Do not purchase here unless you want to be scammed. I purchased 2 items for $84.00 the $84.00 was AFTER discounts. One item did not work (too small) I exchanged it for a different size (too big) at this point the wedding I purchased it for was here and i still didn't have a functional corset I returned it within days of receiving it. Fully expecting a refund as i had not been informed of any reason I wouldn't. My return was received in the exact condition it was sent to me in and i was told they would be keeping my money AND charging me a restocking fee because I used a coupon. In what world is this okay? This was not explained anywhere and is theft.

I was charged for an item that was never put in my elite box. When I returned the box it looked like I chose to keep the item but I never received it to try on. Canceled my subscription since I was charged for an item I didn't receive and because customer service has failed to respond to me.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
