I have quit this service 3 times. I did so by calling(my mistake). I am haphazardly being billed. The company will refund my $39 fee, but never the $20. This is a racket. Completely untrustworthy. I am being bilked and harrassed. Avoid at all costs!

My first ADORE ME order was over a week late --and when it arrived - 7 of the 8 items ordered were of such thin, poorly made quality that I am returning them. Absolutely overpriced -- and now I am also paying a 'restocking fee' of $5.95 PER ITEM! SO MAD!

Took just over 3 weeks for delivery of my items. Sizing was accurate fit great
Love the lingerie, as does my wife. But I had trouble with PayPal and other payment forms.
1. Straps were pretty wimpy for larger cup sizes.
2. Styles were very limited for smaller band/larger cup combination.
3. Could not combine "plus" and regular sizes. For example, you could not have a 36 band and a 1X bottom, which was irritating.
4. Sizes were not consistent.

I purchased for my wedding and they arrived late so I could not use.
It's sexy and beautiful. The sizes were exact and it fit perfect. I would order another one in another color.
My first order ended up not fitting in a flattering way so I did a return. The return process was super easy and they shipped my replacement item almost immediately! The new item fits perfectly and is super flattering. I couldn't be happier!

Adore me stole 300 from my account after canceling my subscription and removing my card information.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

**Are you in between sizes? Is the set you love out of stock in your size? We got you covered!**
You can try your sister size. It helps you find a similar fit while adjusting the size. Just make sure to adjust accordingly and that's it!
**Useful deets:** if you opt for a larger band size, the proportions of the entire bra will become larger, thus, you'll need to make the cup smaller.
- For example - if your true size is a 34D, and you'd like to adjust, your options are a size 36C or a 32DD.
