Watch out for the hidden subscription

Charged for "damage"

I am always extremely careful when trying on clothing items, especially lingerie. When I tried on my items (over my own underwear to protect the Adore Me items) I realized right away they didn't fit and put them in the original packaging to return them. Adore Me charged me $20, claiming I'd returned them damaged or dirty. I'm so baffled and annoyed.

Excellent products and good prices when on sale. Their shipping infrastructure however was horrendous. Any time I ordered more than 9 items, the system would "delay" the order until inevitably the order was automatically cancelled over a week later. Customer service could not tell me why this kept happening. I had to break my main order into several smaller orders to get them to go through. Even after they went through, the orders took several WEEKS to ship and arrive. Their third party logistics companies were sending the packages all over the country in the least logical route I've ever seen. Customer service was always canned responses and never a direct answer to my questions. If you can tolerate the risk of not seeing your items for weeks and the frustration of micro-managing your own order, then their products are quality and fit pretty well. The wife has been enjoying them thus far.

Too late

I was very picky about where I ordered my lingerie from for an upcoming trip. I ordered 8 days in advance. Paid the expedited shipping just to be on the safe side. Even though regular shipping should have even arrived right in time for my trip. Next day or 2 I get notification that my order had shipped. Great! Not great. Next day a get an update and my order was at shipping place but delayed. Checked next couple days still delayed. Put a call in and nothing they could do. Not even a refund until the stuff arrived whenever that would be. Of course when stuff finally arrived I was well into my vacation and 3 days before I was leaving to come back home. What a let down.

Everything feels so cheap

I keep giving Adore Me another chance, but everything I receive feels like overpriced fast fashion. The bra straps are flimsy, the materials feel bottom of the barrel... it's consistently disappointing. Amazon has better deals with equal quality.

I used to depend on this brand for trends, but they've fallen behind here too. Everything is underwire, lace that breaks, or is synthetic and ridgid. Women want comfort.

I'd rather spend slightly more on Skims or Victoria's Secret. Honestly, if there was a lingerie subscription service that had high quality items, I'd switch immediately. I love the idea, I just never love what I get in the mail. Almost all of my Adore Me is in the trash.

Shipping is unreliable

The ordered items were satisfactory, however the shipping took a considerable amount of time. There was inconsistent tracking information, and shipping estimates were way off. The purchases were quality.

The person assumed I was writing about a previous issue but I wasn't. He obviously didn't read what I wrote and I'm still not sure why my RA# doesn't work. I was given a lame reason and now I've returned a set but can't get a replacement and y'all have my money

Somewhat displeased

All of my orders have been delayed and I have tried to return 1 set and whenever I have tried I have been disconnected from the site so I have not been Able to exchange the set that did not fit.
