Very unhappy with service, Box arrived damaged, I returned product next day and was charged anyway.
I placed an order for a specific bra. After I ordered it and 3 other items I was informed they no longer had it in stock. Then I had to return the other items and was charged a restocking fee for each item.

The packages sent back to our warehouse do have to process through a severe quality control system and once this is completed we receive the confirmation and only then we can issue the refund. Also, It is true that given the current situation, we've extended our return window to 90 days, since March 25th 2020, as we encourage our customers to stay indoors and send back their set(s) when it's safe to do so. Will be sure to email you with the refund details after the products will be received back in process. Moreover, upon processing your return, it is stated that all sets returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set. This means your refund will be the total paid per set minus $5.95 per set refunded to you. You may avoid restocking fees by processing an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges are free of charge (and we even cover the shipping back to us!) Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter. So fare I have had a great experience with the company as a whole. And with there products. Except one strapless bra was a little to tight and caused a sore to form at the band level. Other thrn that I highly recommend them especially seance they have my size in a 32G.
The bras are beautiful, but the pricing is suspect when you keep getting charged monthly even after canceling and you return bras that don't fit but still get charged for them.

I have loved the process of trying out the cute lingerie from ADOREME. While this batch did not have anything that fit exactly the way I wanted, I have never found pieces that fit so closely that actually looked cute and felt nice. I actually have options! And I sent them back to exchange for slightly different sizes, and I am excited that there were even slightly different sizes to change to. I have been looking for a decent bra for around 3 YEARS. I have had to settle for cheap ones that only kind of fit. I am even excited to try the maternity options soon! I have tried SEVERAL websites, brands, stores, etc. I hate how most in my general size, as I am plus size, are full coverage and ugly. I like unlined, low cut, lacey, etc. Victoria's Secret doesn't even offer anything close to my size in store or online. I like having options now.
I do have a complaint about my recent Elite box though. Not so great selections, and I got charged 20 because I had to break a plastic tag thing to separate a top and bottom because it wasn't possible to try on without doing so. I guess I won't try it on next time they try sending like that. Hopefully this next box is better. If not, I just won't bother with the box and only pick stuff out for myself I guess.
AM never ceases to amaze me! The quality of the merchandise, The ease of returns and exchanges is phenomenal! Will keep coming back to shop.

I placed an order, paid for express delivery, and that was about three weeks ago, I cannot get the order canceled and the items are still not here.

The bra I received had a hook missing. I sent a picture of the bra and the representative I was emailing told me that I would get a credit for the set since it was damaged. No questions asked and so easy.
Placed 2 orders,2 days apart from each other with 5-7 day shipping. Took 3 weeks to get order. Part of order is wrong and have to return. And customer service is a joke! Only response to any inquiries is a auto response with tracking number.

So far so good. I didn't expect it to be so easy and I was very impressed with the quality. I was hoping that I wouldn't be disappointed. So many online services are disappointing and the quality is sub-par. This is quite lovely and the fit is fine and I almost cannot decide what to keep and what to send back... you make it hard to decide that I want to keep it all!

I had paid for expedited shipping, and my package didn't leave the warehouse until after the provided delivery dates for expedited shipping had passed. I had requested that the additional charge for expedited shipping be refunded as that was not a service that I received. The only communication I received in response to my email was an automated processing email.

I ordered panties, they fit perfectly! They are "Cheepy", black & comfortable. As a matter of fact, I'm wearing them right now!
All of the items were beautiful but some are difficult to understand why they would be made the way they are.
I paid for the fastest delivery on my purchase so that it would arrive in time for my anniversary weekend, but it was delayed. I reached out to Adore Me, and they refunded the amount I had paid for the rushed shipping. They did not have to do that, but they did because they wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And I am. I appreciate that this company is willing to do things like that to make a situation right. I will most definitely make more purchases from Adore Me.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
