It's really disappointing to see the same lingerie all year long, with each passing year. There are so many new regular size lingerie - teddies, etc - why not have the same options available in plus size? I can filter my size and it says 76 styles but they are all duplicates, different colors. And literally the same ones for years. It's sad.
I purchased 3 sets on Nov 6 for my vacation leaving on Nov 28. Sets did not arrive in time. I will be sending back when I return home. Previous order arrived in a little over a week. I expected it to arrive this time in a timely manner. First order bra/panties VERY good quality. That's why I ordered 3 more. Just make sure you order plenty early if needed for a special occasion!

I love that the size chart is accurate. I went by that and everything fits great and the material is wonderful.
Overall positive experience. Items are pretty, and look nice when worn. Quality is about what you could expect in that price range. Subscription model is a little confusing to understand at first but it's easy enough to cancel or out membership "on hold".

It is all n all a very cute product. Unfortunately, I order an A-cup for my small breasts, but have a 36" chest width. The cups fall closer to the middle of my chest and it looks like my armpits are fat. If you know you know. I think I would have been better off buying a B-cup for the visual appeal and chanced the girl's flopping around. The matching panties are cute but I prefer G-strings and thongs so I probably won't get to much use out of the set. But the bra is very comfy! So there's that
I make an order on the 16nth. The order is currently late and hasn't moved. I want my money back OR my product here, but they refuse to help me!

Love being able to purchase monthly lingerie for my wife! It always fits great and looks amazing. It's so fun to see her feel confident and sexy in her new lingerie, swim wear, or athletic wear. Wish there was more variety but overall happy with the selection.
Ordered an Elite box and it was suppose to be delivered between the 17th and 22nd. On the 22nd I received an email saying my package was delayed. As of the 28th there still weren't any updates so I called to get more help and was told there was nothing they could do until the 6th and then they would refund me. They would not call to see if the package had been lost. I also could not speak to a manager. My case would be emailed and someone would get back to me in 1 to 2 days. Just seems like they don't care about their customers. I use to love Adore Me and recommend it to everyone and over the past two years they just seem to be losing their spark. Everything I try to order something or sign up for a box all I get are problems.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I bought 2 pieces. They both fit well and are exactly as described! Will buy again!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
