I ordered a couple sets for the first time and was extremely impressed with the fit a quality of the products. They are a little pricey so I have to order a little at a time.
I love the website very easy to use to find so many cute things, I love all the cute clothes, lingerie and bras and panties and everything is such high quality.
Fits so good and so flattering! Which is so difficult to find in a 36F, but this is perfect. It was a big hit with my hubby ;)
The outfits I bought are cute but aren't for me. They aren't made very well. I know every body is different so things won't fir exact to pictures but they should fit to size. Some of the lace gets in the way of clips. I got the outfit that had kind of a collar and it was just being pulled down by the front of the outfit and didn't look cute. I'm sure they would just look a little different on others.

Heard mixed reviews about AdoreMe's product. I bought 3 sets and am very happy with what I got.
I had to exchange a pajama set that didn't fit. I could not process the exchange on the app, and ended up having to call customer service to process it. I got my return shipping label, and sent back the item in the original packaging the same day. The item was not worn and was not damaged when it was shipped. However, a few days later I got an email notice that the item was received as damaged and I was charged $20. I tried to dispute it through customer service, but was told they couldn't do anything since the item was marked as damaged when it was received, even though they couldn't describe the damage.

I was skeptical at first. I'd bought lingerie from another place and it wasn't flattering at all. The pieces were made with no stretch material. Basically what is used to make doll clothes. I took the leap with Adore me and the 1st set I bought fit amazing. Quality material, nice stretch fabric and hubby loved the look. I bought 3 more sets just this week!
After waiting since august for a box to actually get made to send me with no reason as to why it wouldn't work one was finally shipping this month! Except now the tracking seems to be not working and the box possibly lost?

Sizes are various. Nothing fits correctly no matter what I try. A lot of rge materials feel very cheap.

I have always found lingerie shopping to be a nightmare. Nothing ever fits how I Prefer and buying items in a set is just not possible. But this set is seriously spectacular! It fits like it was custom made just for me! My husband is going to love his birthday gift this year.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
