After two weeks, they couldn't process an order. Says it should process within 2 business days on their site, and they couldn't accomplished this in 12. They said processing delays due to demand spike (wow shocker in December you'd expect more business). And had no answer for when it would ship. I waited longer and finally told it would ship by end of next business day. It did not. I called again, and they had no explanation or time for when it would be processed and ship. I cancelled the order. Terrible company, wasted my time, and now I'm out of a Christmas gift for my wife. Do not give Adore Me your business.
THE WORST customer service!
Placed my order on Dec 4 with 5 day delivery at the LONGEST expected date. Here we are 16 days later and still cannot get anyone to communicate with me via email or socials as to when to expect my order. Port customer service. Over promising and under delivering. Dissatisfied. I also politely tried to solve this without having to give bad reviews- and still no answers or attempts to solve the problem. Do not order from this company.

Everything fit well shipped in a timely manner! Very satisfied customer!
Really disappointed in this website. I wanted to love their products, because the first two items I ordered were so cute and comfortable. But then I ordered three different bras, all 3 8D, one was too big, one too small, and one fit correctly. So I ordered a second bra of the one that fit, and the band wasn't even close to the same size as the first bra received, nor did the color of the fabric used in between the cups match. The same thing happened with a pair of pajamas; loved the first pair received, ordered the same item in a second color, and the straps of the second shirt received were about an inch longer than the first.

I have been an Adore Me member for approximately 10 years. Customer service has never been great however it's become absent as of recently. I ordered items over a month ago which I never received. There was no rep to answer on the phone, my email was never responded to nor my social media message. I made the decision to cancel my membership today.

Do not buy from them! I had placed an order and received the wrong sized bra. After trying to call them 3 times and being placed on hold for over 40 mins, no one answered. I messaged them through their website and FB messenger and have not received any response. It's unfortunate I paid for an item I cannot use and since it was an error on their part I have no way to resolve it.

I order a product on the 7th with express shipping. Express shipping is usually 1-2 business days. It said it would be delivered between the 9th n 12. Now it is saying the 17th i even paid extra to have it here by the 12th. Will never order from them again. They ruined my anniversary gift to my husband!

I had credits saved up and decided go splurge on a couple of pairs of leggings. I sized up to make sure there was plenty of room. As I tried them on I was incredibly disappointed to realize that while they fit well, they were completely see-through. Very disappointed and would hesitate to order from Adore Me again.

I placed an order for some Christmas present gifts on 11/26/2022 and as of today, 12/12/2022 the order has still not shipped. The order status still says processing. I called customer service this morning and they asked if I wanted to a refund. I told them that I did not want a refund, I would just like some information on the order. They could not give me a reason why the order was delayed and could not give ANY indication of when, or even if, the order would be shipped. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I was told they were not allowed to transfer me to a supervisor on the phone. The only way to speak to a supervisor was by email. I hope they find a way to make this right, but if they can't give me any information then my wife and I will never order from here again. Very disappointing and frustrating considering the ONLY thing my wife wants me to get her for Christmas this year is pajamas from this company.

Stuff is a little pricey, there isn't much for plus size but other then that I've liked what I have ordered.
I love Adore Me sets. Good quality and gorgeous. They all fit very comfortably.
I love the bras and my experience with Adore Me was good. The problem was the delivery of the replacement bra which I think has to do with UPS rather than Adore Me.
The only critique I have about Adore Me is their "support for whatever people do in their
Lingerie." I realize they want to be relevant to culture, but everything cannot be supported. Some things are outright sins and abominations before God and The LORD Jesus Christ. There will be an accounting to Him one of these days soon for what has been supported. I really like your bras, but I don't think I should keep supporting you by buying your product as you support things that are an abomination to God. I, also, will have to give an account to what and to whom I've supported.

I was a bit worried since the item was not returnable or exchangeable. Called customer service and was able to get them exchanged. Super happy with the service, Specially with the items I ordered. I placed an order over a month ago. I've contacted the company multiple times and each time received a new promise date. I still have not received my items with no customer service that even seems to care. The items were ordered for a special occasion and promised to be here in time by multiple people, however, the occasion has passed and still no items. I'm extremely disappointment. I have never had a problem with ordering and, true to form, all my experiences were top notch.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
