Customer support is a joke

They told me to return the items TWO DAYS after I received them. Also had a special sale offer that they wouldn't honor because of some error in their system. Love the clothes, hate the company.

Terrible lol

This site is not for plus size people apparently i wanted a cute bra to wear to make myself feel pretty but what arrived was not what i assumed it would be and instead of returning it i threw it out cause i couldn't be bothered to be in contact with the adore me team any longer seeing as though i paid for extra shipping and it didn't come in the time that i paid for it in it actually came 2 weeks late from that date.

To start your Exchange or Return, sign in to your Adore Me account and follow the steps below in the Internet browser of your choice:

1. Go to My Orders
2. Select the order you'd like to Exchange/Return by clicking the Arrow sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the **Create Return/Exchange** button that's found at the bottom of the subsequent page.
4. Choose whether you'd like to Exchange or Return then, click Continue
5. On the subsequent page, click on the print Label** button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.

Useful info: At this time, you can return your set(s) within 30 days since the order's delivery date.

Please refrain from returning packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this may result in delays.

If you're returning for a refund and not exchanging - items are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set.

Kindly return your entire set in its new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Returns received dirty, damaged or incomplete will not be accepted.

Since you didn't enjoy the faster shipping you paid for, I've now refunded the $6.95 shipping fee back to your card.

I love the quality and options at adoreme! However I have exchanged several sets without wearing (needed a different size) that ended up not being refunded due to being dirty. How is that even possible if the item was unworn? This feels a little scammy to me and makes it hard to trust the exchange process.

Return policy is unrealistic

I bought a bra and panty set and the top was one size too small. Because they came packaged separately, I didn't think it would be a big deal to exchange the top, so I told the recipient to wear the bottoms and I would take care of the top. The 30 day exchange policy was passed (was a Christmas gift bought in November) but they allowed it and that made me happy, but when I tried to handle the exchange, it only allows sets to be exchanged with sets and in unwashed quality (which I totally understand), but it's silly to not allow me to exchange the bra only which is still in only tried on quality.

Bait and switch pricing

Promise discounts in cart and change as you pay. Then will not honor pricing due to you already paying and shipped etc. lots of rude online interactions and still get nowhere towards resolution. Then if return high return fees and shipping charges

Poor service

Unfortunately, we have been experiencing processing delays in our distribution center recently, we'll make sure that this type of inconvenience will no longer occur once we fix all our issues with the facility. Our warehouse typically processes and ships an order within two business days, most U.S. orders are then delivered in five business days.

Crappy Quality

Within 1 day, the green underwear lost all its buttons, and within like two or three wears the thong tore. Note i was also treating everything gently. The lingerie was nice and has held up quality which is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. I won't be buying from Adore Me again though.

I've now issued a $10 store credit as compensation for the trouble and it's available for use whenever you like.

To quickly have this fixed - you just need to start an exchange online so you can reorder a new set at your earliest convenience.

To start your Exchange or Return, you just need to log into your Adore Me account, using a laptop/desktop, and follow these steps:
1. Go to **My Orders**
2. Select the order that you'd like to Exchange/Return by clicking the **Arrow** sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the **Create Return/Exchange** button that's located at the bottom of the next page.
4. Choose whether you'd like to Exchange or Return then, click **Continue**

False promises

I have yet to receive anything despite reassurances from their customer service that there is no issue with my payment. I get emailed asking me to pick items for my box and nothing shows up.

I ordered from them on November 26th and still haven't received my order. It says it was on its way on December 21st but I still have yet to receive it. Now it's December 29th and they said if I don't get it by January 6th, they can refund me… I am frustrated because that was my sisters gift and I still want the items but the shipping is not worth it! I haven't had this issue with other brands. Also, the customer service agent hung up on me… do not recommend.

I ordered from them and never received the product. Contact the customer service and never heard anything back from them. Then later they gave my money back on the sore credit instead of returned it back to my bank. Bad service and bad company value!

Horrible Customer Service

I placed an expensive order while I was living at a temporary residence. Based on the information AdoreMe provided, the package would 100% arrive before my departure almost 3 weeks later… I received 3 delayed shipping emails from AdoreMe. After each one, I contacted customer service to explain my situation and discuss my options if the package was expected to arrive after I had moved from this address. I was given the run around by 4 different people, 4 weeks apart. The 3rd person finally issued a refund because there was still no tracking information but I never received email
Confirmation. I called two days later and was told that tracking information showed up the day after I had called (?) so they did not go through with the refund. I explained again that I did not live at that address and there was no one to collect the package/forward it to me. They said there was nothing I could do. Money down the drain.

Unnecessary charges imposed

I have nothing but regrets ordering from this! Didn't feel personalised at all and quality was poor. I ended up returning everything and they are charging me for missing items. This is fraud! Please stay away

I was robbed

They charged me $175 for items I never received. Supposedly they received a box with missing items but it was not true. I didn't receive that box but a different one. I don't understand what kind of mistake they did but my money is gone and it's so frustrating and unfair!
