I'm weigh 120 and got a 34B, fits great! The material and pattern are beautiful!
The bra was uncomfortable and very expensive. I thought it might be one of those situations where you get what you pay for, but no. I am still waiting on a refund more than a month later.
I first noticed an issue with my order and notified Adrore Me over an entire month before any response was given or attempt at reconciliation. I had to reach out 4X over a 3 week period before I heard back. Once I did hear back, I wasn't totally satisfied with their only option given to rectify the problem, but I don't want to wait around another month to get another option.

When I first signed up for adore me things were affordable, especiallywith the deals they bait you in with. Once I actually wore the items they fell apart in two months or less, I thought maybe it was just a coincidence so I purchased more, in several styles. They all had problems, some even after a single wear. Wires popping out, fit being odd despite being the same sizing, material pillng terrible, rips and loose seams, and even broken clasps or adjustment loops. Some materials are terribly thin and or itchy. Also now the price has went up to where nearly any set, even a tank top and shorts are about $50. Every one I know that's tried it has had a similar experience. You can definitely find better quality lingerie for way more affordable prices in so many other places.

I have been shopping with Adore Me for a while and I've never been dissatisfied. Each item has wowed and I've been happy with my purchases.
I literally tried on the items and sent back- was charged a dirty/damaged fee I belong to several other subscription services and that has never happened.
Also the 2 pieces I kept- the underwire came through the fabric after the 1st use.
Poor quality.
Will never shop here again.

I see we received your October Elite box back at our warehouse and sadly it didn't pass our sanitary inspection that's carried out for all sets returned to us.
- Specifically, I see that some items were tagged as missing and dirty.
- Because of this, we've charged $64.95 as a penalty.
As a one time courtesy, I've now refunded this amount back to your card and you should see the refund back in your charged account within 1-3 business days.
As a lingerie company we place great importance on the sanitary aspect of our products and only items received back as close as possible to their initial pristine condition can pass the inspection.*
Helpful recommendation: to avoid experiencing this with future returns, we kindly recommend returning sets to us in their entirety as well as their new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed condition as otherwise they'll fail our inspection.

I ordered material. And upon receipt I was missing an item due to a shipping error. Instead of sending me the missing item they credited me the sale price and told me to reorder.
When i go to order the price has changed, plus would have to pay shipping.
I should not have to pay additional money for a product I ordered and did not receive due to company shipping error.

I placed an order and the items they delivered did not fit. I returned them, but the receiving end did not correctly record what they received. It took at lease three separate LONG phone calls to sort things out. I wont order from this company again. Once I understood that they expected a $39. Order each month as a member, I cancelled that as well.

It was great as usual. I am always satisfied when I order from Adore Me
I love the options for my larger boobs but smaller bottom. I buy the bras in my regular bra size (36DD) and these are spot on for fit. I like my undies pretty loose so I sized up to a large but found that I really don't need too since the fabric and elastic is very soft and doesn't pinch or bulge. I am a size 6 pant, I can wear a small in undies but usually buy larges so they are not restrictive. I started with the large at Adore Me and I really think a medium would be fine, as the materials are higher quality and the elastics are forgiving and comfortable.

Used to love their bras! Now the fabric and cubs are flimsy. Quality is terrible. Comes in a bag now instead of a pretty box.

Garments are wonderful, fit well, feel great, and are good quality. Shipping took over a month! And the one time in that month that I got info regarding my order it was just a generic "things are delayed" emailed. Products are great, but if you are buying for a special event or reason, leave yourself ample time for the products to ship from the warehouse and arrive.
They are stylish and very comfortable. Loved them.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

I see that we refunded the amount of $72.85 on the date of December 31st. And this amount is expected to be back into your account within 3-5 business days.
Useful tip: if the charge was refunded within hours of being made, there's a high chance that it was actually voided (dropped) instead of refunded.
- Also, we sent back the amount to the exact account from where the charge was initially taken from as this is the only way through which we can process refunds.
To get more visibility on what happened, I kindly recommend reaching out to your bank and sharing the charge's initial transaction ID ch_3M72RTC8WIvDXO6n1Gwh6gtJ with the tellers there so they can pull up the charge and see what's its current status - voided or refunded.*
