I completely understand shipping errors but when you mess up you don't make the customer do more work. I ordered a cute Christmas set (bra and panties) and I received only a pair of panties and some strange mumu of some sort. I called and they told me I had to return what I received in order to get my credit and replacement. I just wanted my bra that I paid for. I don't have a lot of time and I am now very unhappy having to fit in a visit to the post office during the holidays. I return the set and what I ordered is no longer available...it gets even better because today I was sent an email that I was being charged $15 for not returning the bra. I like their stuff but I am done doing business with them.
I enjoyed the lingerie I bought. But the site started taking money out of my account each month and although they refunded it, it was pretty frustrating to get off whatever I was signed up for.

I love everything I've ever purchased from Adore me. I do find that the bras run big. However, the shipping, which used to be quick, is awful. It took 5 days for my order just to process. Then it took another 2 days to get tracking information. Now, it's saying that my package hasn't been received by UPS yet. This was for an important occasion. If there are shipping delays, the prices should be lowered and customers should get a warning before placing their orders.

I purchased Christmas items that totaled around $40. I was shocked when I started getting charged a monthly membership fee that was more than that. It was unclear that I was signing up for a membership and I felt Adore Me was trying charge me regularly for an unwanted service.

I was charged for panties that I returned and I never tried on because the bra was too small.

I loved the products that I received from Adore Me, but at leasst five if not more of my boxes that I returned with products I didn't want, were marked as having missing items. COMPLETELY incorrect and bizarre as it happened so many times. I was repeatedly charged for items I never kept and customer service weren't able to help. I stopped using the service as I could not afford to be charged for products I never kept

Great. A little smaller fit then expected. Everything went smoothly and love the bras!
Love the style but I may need a bigger size. I'm normally a 36 D with most bras with this was a little smaller.
I've bought many outfits for my wife from adore me over the last few years and have been nothing but saddened with the product with my wife agreeing. I don't like returning items as I just see the company failing to meet it standards. I purchased 2 sets for my wife for Christmas. One set fit and the other did not which was to be expected. I will probably finally send a final set back and have disconnected the vip which was also garbage because the designer has completely went opposite of attractive lingerie for curvy women. Sorry to say goodbye to a once good company.

I got a matching set of underwear for my fiancé and I and it was definitely a great purchase! The quality is great and the style is very fun!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
