Good and bad

The products are great. I do wish they offered more choices with shortie/boyshort undies, though. Processing time is always absurdly slow, though. I don't think I've ever gotten an order within the estimated time frame.

I have had 3 boxes. My first box went great, no issues. My second box I kept an item and paid for it, but they charged me $60 for "damaged items" that I had only tried on. My third box I chose not to try anything on left them in the plastic and kept only one item. They charged me an extra $20 for damaged items again! They refuse to give me a refund of my money. Don't waste your time and money on this company!

We are sorry to hear that your returned products failed our sanitary inspection. We asked our warehouse to send us pictures of your returned products and I was able to see that they were not received in a good condition. However, to get it short and as a one-time courtesy, you were provided with a refund of the penalty fee.

Kindly note that to be accepted back at the warehouse, all Elite sets need to be returned in their entirety and in their new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition.

Buyer beware!

This company is a scam. I didn't receive my December box. Tracking said it was at a facility for 2 weeks. I emailed and called customer service but they said it's in transit so they can't do anything. I canceled my membership. Even though I canceled my membership, I received my December box with my January box in January on the 17th. I was immediately charged full price for the December box. I emailed and called again. They said it was my fault for not returning the December box within the 7 day window. I said I just received it and have will be returning it immediately. I returned both boxes and was charged another $300 for the January box. I called enraged. Luckily. I could tell I was getting scammed and asked the post office for a receipt on both boxes because I did not trust Adore Me. Good thing I did. The customer service representative could not locate the tracking order I provided so would not refund my money. I told him I'd send a picture of the 2 post office receipts proving I returned both boxes. They finally said they would refund both boxes. I'll believe it when I actually see the money returned.I also filed a complaint with the BBB which the company is now at 546 complaints. Fraudulent company udong a shippimg scam with the worst customer service.

*When you create an account with us - you can join Elite through your account or you can opt for the Pay-As-You-Go commitment-free shopping option or the VIP membership option, during checkout when shopping.*

If you opt for the Elite Membership, you'll receive a monthly tailored box with three sets. These sets are chosen by your stylist based on your account's Elite Dashboard preferences.

Once your monthly box is delivered, you have a 7 day try-on period to see which sets you love and want to keep.

**During this 7 day try-on, we kindly ask you to visit your box's Finalize Order form, under your account's My Orders section. There you can let us know what you love by marking your sets as either Kept or Returned.**

*For added flexibility you also have an option to extend this 7 day try-on period by 3 days, just in case you need more time to decide what you love the most from your box. To opt for it, you just need to click on the "Need More Time?" tab, that's located underneath the Complete Online Checkout tab, while the 7 day try-on is active.*

I went for bra's and got sleep wear

First my shipping was really slow. Two weeks to cross country, spent 2 days in NJ, then 2 days in CT, 2 more days in MA, if you guessed 2 more days in NH before it delivered, you'd be right.
I joined Adore Me for bras and underwear- my box arrived with seven items, 2 sleeps sets, a robe, thongs (that I said I never wanted) a nightgown and a teddy…. See what I didn't get was a bra. When I called to get the style fee back even the lady was dumbfounded that there wasn't one bra in the box, it was very nice and apologized and returned the fee. Between the shipping and everything in that box not being a bra, I quit Adore Me. They more than missed the mark.

I ordered from adore me on January 9 of 2023 it is now January 25,2023 and I have still not received my package. Not only have I not received my package but I have no tracking for my package in the USPS that they go through also has no idea where my package is. I have called adore me several times and they keep telling me to wait several more days for my package to meet me arrive after these several times of calling I finally called the last time. The final time I called I asked for a refund and they denied me saying that my package is still out for delivery even though there's no proof of that delivery. I spent several hundred dollars on this website and have not received anything or a refund I am very angry with the site and they will not help me their customer service is terrible and I do not recommend this brand to anyone

Everything Went Wrong

It all started with an order. I purchased three "sets" (two actual sets and one bodysuit) with the hope that they would arrive before Christmas. I placed the order on 12/11. It shipped 12/14 and arrived on 12/28. So much for that.

Of the five items, only one fit as expected. One bra was enormous, two panties and the bodysuit fit a little small despite going off the size chart, and one bra fit as expected. The quality was overall very cheap and flimsy. I initially thought I would exchange for some larger panties and stick to the style of bra that fit properly, but of course you can't exchange pieces, only sets. And my bra size wasn't available anymore in any style or color of interest. Fed up, I decided to send it back for a refund. The 5.95 return fee would be worth it to not deal with the hassle of waiting to see if my size ever came back in stock, I thought. And I canceled my membership. Just today I got my refund and discovered that the return fee isn't per order like most companies. It's *per set.* So because their sizing is wonky and they had no stock for exchanges, I was charged nearly $18.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. There are other options for lingerie that won't fleece you and provide better quality and value for the price.

Very comfy and best fitting bras!

Reasonable price with the vip membership.
I have a hard time finding bras that fit well and are comfortable but adore me is perfect at that!
Been using them ever since 2021 around October time.

I had an issue with one bra breaking in the middle where the two cups meet and they replaced it with any one item I wanted from the store!

Website is incorrect!

I live in Mexico and always check if places ship to Mexico before spending time picking things out. January 23,2023 I checked. The website said shipping to Mexico was $12.95. Spent over an hour picking things out. When I went to put in the shipping address Mexico isn't an option. I emailed customer care who replied that in December of 2022 they removed Mexico from their shipping locations. They should update their website when they are removing places to ship to. Wont ever look to the site again even if they start shipping here again. Really really poor it doesn't take over a month to update a site.

Late shipping

When I placed order on Jan 13 it said it will be delivered between 18-20. It wasn't shipped until 19 because they are having higher volume and my order is delayed. That's not my problem. Now it says it will be delivered on 25. If I knew that I would not make an order. I feel like they lied on me to make me order. Actually it is the second time too. Also left a message to their customer service and was told they will respond back to me in 48 hours but they didn't

As stated in the title. I had to drive hours back to an old address to pick up a box full of things I no longer needed and had forgotten about. Was scammed out of $10. Products are each about $45, for something you would find at Walmart. Material is thin.

I was signed up, without my knowledge, to a subscription that was charging my credit card $40 per month, after making one initial purchase. In order to cancel, I had to place multiple phone calls. Apparently this is a common occurrence. Buyer beware.

Failure

For most of the year, I work on Alaska's North Slope, so time at home is incredibly valuable to me. When I found that I could surprise my wife with some gifts from Adore Me I jumped at the chance! The order would arrive right around the time I came home for a two-weeks. However, the following month would include one of the single worst customer experiences I can recall.

First, the order didn't ship for six days. When I called to ask about this, they said it was because of the increase in orders for Valentine's Day. If a lingerie shop isn't prepared for Valentine's Day, what are they ready for? Because of this delay, I requested my shipping be upgraded to overnight, to which the customer service rep happily agreed.

When my order finally shipped, the estimated time in transit went from 4 days (not what I was promised, but whatever) to 2 weeks! The order would completely miss my time at home. That morning I spent 5 hours of my precious time at home waiting on hold and talking to customer service reps. Several times they said they couldn't do anything, but that they would have a manager call me. None ever did.

Finally, one rep offered to sell me a duplicate order and comp overnight shipping and that I would be able to return the extras when they arrived. Fine! I'll take it. He then quotes me a price that was 150% of what I paid because the promotions weren't available anymore. I was about to pay this just to be done with this terrible experience when we got disconnected. I waited for a callback, but none came. Several hours later, I received an email from him apologizing for the disconnect.

Finally this morning, a manager emailed me. She said nothing more than "sorry 'bout your luck". I asked to reorder with overnight shipping, but she said that wasn't an option as they could only promise 1-day processing and 11-14 day shipping, completely different from what I was promised and what was advertised on the website. Then I asked for a refund, but she refused.

I hope this serves as a warning to would-be buyers. Just go to the lingerie store and take it home with you.

Ordered my product Jan. 5th 2023 today is Jan. 18 almost 2 whole weeks since I ordered and still no product. Emailed, their response was your item is on the way. Even called and got the same response. Not very good customer service if you ask me. Shipped from NY to CA then to IN and then back to CA.!? I live in Indiana. WTF! I have the screenshots! I will NEVER order from AdoreMe again. Matter of fact my next report is to the BBB.

Don't buy anything from them outside US borders

Probably the worst experience ever!
False advertising everywhere for this company and probably one of the worst Customer care I've seen.
First of all, they don't tell you but you have to pay for duties because they over declare the value for border. So even if you pay for shipping (to Canada in my case), you find out that once you receive your package (1.5 month late, see next point), that you have to pay almost the exact same amount as the stock is worst.
2nd, they announce 5-10 business days for delivery...hum or not! Never received anything in that time from that company (3 orders). And even more this time, I receiver my package 1.5 month after (order November 25th, received January 6th).
Finally, there customer service...or there lack of customer service I should say. Contacted on December 28th to have a status on my package=> no answer
Tried through the phone on January 3rd => no answer (trying to know where was my package).
Asked for a refund, no answer
Finally, package arrived but with customs to pay (what do you do when CS is not answering at all...you take it or leave it knowing that you will probably never see your money again and...no have the marchandise? Decided to pay and have the stock hoping they will understand and do something.) => Well my bad.

And now that I final got someone over the phone, stating he will get back to me in 1 day (waited 7), nothing will be done on their side!

So no, sorry but no. You are liars and not listening at all to your clients.

I tried my best to have an understanding from them, but nothing.

Get ready to wait...and wait

I've ordered from this site about 5 times now. Shipping always takes between two and three weeks. By the time you get your order it isn't even fun anymore because you're just so mad from waiting. The company will always send an email apologizing for the delay but nothing is ever don't to fix anything. I will be moving on to a different company which is a shame because the products are decent.

If you return items, they do not give you youre money back! I would never but from them again, literally charged me over $250 even though i returned all my items back.

A JOKE. Do Not Buy

So I generally wear a size L or XL. But since it was my first time trying *AdoreMe* I went for a plus size option being that I have large breasts. I purchased a lace teddy with matching G string. The order never came on time. I ended up not even having the G string in the package their customer service has yet to get back to me but my friend who ordered the same one and has the same body type felt the same way we both agreed that the Cup size didn't match for the recommendation size chart provided and we were disappointed with how uncomfortable and scratchy their lingerie is. Even after handwashing- it is very stiff and just cheaply made. So disappointed considering the money lost and the overall experience. :(

Felt valued and appraciated

This was my first order from adore me. LOVED the Gynger Unlined Bra and matching panty. Perfect for the holiday and fit like a glove; so comfortable! 10/10 highly recommend! There were two items that just didn't fit right, i just didn't feel confident in them. I was easily able to get my order exchanged and am looking forward to the new items that will be coming in!
