I had an elite subscription to Adoreme. I sent back everything in the first box because of the cheap quality and it looked like Halloween costumes. I meant to cancel the order before the second box. So when it came I figured I would take a look. The strap of the first bra I tried on snapped so I decided to not bother with the rest and sent that box back and immediately canceled.
Coincidentally, three days later, I received a charge from the first returned the box on 1/27, (mind you this box came on 12/23 and I had returned it within the week). So almost a month after it had been sent back without issue. Seems like someone just decided it was missing.
I submitted a request asking them to double check and not charge me for the "missing item". No response. Extremely low level of integrity in business. Bad experience, cannot recommend this company or their products.

Maybe I didn't read well enough, or maybe it should be known by now, but I was surprised to find I had joined a membership that auto-renewed. This model frustrates me if it's not super clear. If I hadn't decided to monitor my finances more closely, I might have missed this for a few months.

I'm a larger woman - the plus sizes fit! And look adorable! Good value for the money.
I have returned two brand new items that have been denied a refund. I wasn't sent back the items so I was just out two items with no refund. I love your store but won't keep buying from you because of this. You can see from my account that I have been a customer for awhile but refuse to keep losing money through no fault of my own.

The Gynger feels great on, very silky, but band "pops" a little like stitches are breaking. Pictures were not clear that there is a nude cup under the bow, and that the bottoms are different in the size categories. (The "plus" panty very different from "regular" panty).
Also, I was hoping AdoreMe carried some cute silk lingerie, but apparently not.
I get the Monthly boxes. It's nice to get an assortment of items I might not normally pick out for myself. And I've bought lots! The one complaint I've had is I've had to get ahold of customer service a couple times. Once a box wasn't registered right away in their warehouse & I was charged for it. When I called, they had received it & reversed the charge. Once my return was marked "kept" but I didn't keep an item. And the item I kept was listed as returned. I believe it was the same price so no worries. And this last time, I received a $20 fee for returning the item "dirty". It happen to be a piece I never even tried on (because I already had enough black bras). Customer service waived the fee but it makes me scared to keep going. I feel like if I do continue, I just need to inspect every piece to make sure I let them know if there is damage/dirty when I get it.
But I do love the service of getting the clothes.
Literally every time I order anything I'm disappointed. I will not fall for it again. This company needs more options for bigger chested petite women…

I have ordered several times from Adore Me and will continue. Sexy pieces for reasonable prices. My only downfall was ordering during the holiday season. I ordered end of November and did not get order til right before Christmas, which unfortunately, I flew home the same day it was scheduled to arrive, so never got order til I returned. I will remember to order earlier next time! Lucky for me, VDay is approaching and my lingerie will be perfect for this day as well!
Please know that the shipping process takes like a month to get from order to arrival. I feel like honestly quality has gone down along with style and choice options. Before you use to make a thong, bikini, and whatever but it seems like underwear are no more choices.

Products are good from my understanding but was just trying buy a gift card for my wife as a gift whom is a VIP person but obviously trying surprise her. When I buy a gift card I should not have automatically been made a VIP. Pretty sure I read every box and did not ask for that. The unsubscribe from VIP was of course rather hidden and annoying to do...

Every purchase I made was always beyond late, in most situations it was 2+ weeks to get my purchase. The quality of products is mediocre, several pairs of underwear purchased ripped within the first month of owning.

Absolutely love my elite boxes! And so does my hubby Decembers box was awesome! The styles, the colors, the fit of everything. All of it was 5 stars worthy. Only thing that I might have liked different was I received one set lingerie that I've already gotten, but it was a different size than the first one since I've lost some weight. So it was still a win in my book. Can't wait to see what goodies are in my next box!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
