I absolutely love, Adore Me! I've had my subscription, for 2 months and already ordered several times. All of my sleepwear is so soft, lingerie and panties are sexy and I am obsessed with my new perfume. So glad I started this subscription!
I ordered 3 elite boxes. They always take 3+ months to record your returned items and always have missing items to charge you for. This last time my entire box was 'missing' and I was charged $225 for it. (I returned the box in November.) I say if you want to order from them, just pick out your own items. Don't do the subscription box.

My husband made a big mistake...and ordered items from AdoreMe as Valentines gifts. Unbeknownst to him...I had quit ordering from AdoreMe years ago, due to quality issues, hassles with refunds/exchanges and crazy ship times. Needless to say, his heart sank as I unwrapped his gifts, removing a pajama set from a small labeled plastic bag...only to find medium bottoms inside. He told me he had waiting more than 2 weeks to even receive the stupid item. I reached out to AdoreMe with his order #, photos of the contents and an ask that they just send out the right size. First, 10 emails and they couldn't figure out how to find the order...with the order #. They kept insisting I didnt order, because they were checking my account via email. I reiterated so many times it was a gift and I did not place the order and that my husband did guest checkout...never creating an account, so couldn't sign in to create a return label. Finally, my husband called and got an English speaking woman, who had to create an account for home to initiate a return. AdoreMe did credit him $20, but there was not a single item that cost less than the $20, that wasn't sold out in my size. We used the $20 to pay for expedited shipping on the exchange. 6 days later, the correct item STILL is unshipped. We have already returned the wrong mislabeled item. This company is so unethical, inept and shady. Ladies...tell your husband's a "gift" purchased through AdoreMe is a month long headache, which will most likely result in them just keeping your money and product.

I love AdoreMe's return and exchange policy. I've had some orders that I had to exchange, and it was headache free. Was able to send back the garment in the bag that I received it in, just had to print out the return label. Each garment needs to be tried on. There were a couple bras that I needed to go a size bigger on while the rest fit. Thank you AdoreMe for making my shopping experience easy.
Ordering from this company is a MAJOR WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I ordered items for Valentine's Day on the morning of January 27th. I received a notice by email indicating that my order was shipped on the 29th with a "fake" tracking number. The "fake, made up" tracking number only tracks on their weblink and indicates that on February 5th, my order was awaiting USPS to accept the package. It's now February 16th and there's No additional tracking information at all. I contacted UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and DHL and the tracking number they provided is not a legitimate tracking number from any of those shipping providers? To make the matter worse, their customer service reps are illiterate and wouldn't know how to handle a customer service issue if their life depended on it. I've called 8 times and every representative I've talked with spesks ebonics and not proper English. After doing some research since I paid my money and clearly will never receive my order...Victoria's Secret bought out this company last November because of major financial problems. Had I known this, I would've just saved myself time and money because I had to go shopping at Victoria's Secret anyways.

I ordered from Adore for the first time. I ordered 38G size bras & lrg bottoms. My package arrived with all small size garments. The complete wrong package was sent to me. This is extremely unfortunate because I needed the garments for a vacation that I am taking in just a few days. Way to turn me off for a first time buyer.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a subscription service. 3 out of the 4 times that I received then shipped back items it was reported that either an item/multiple items were missing or damaged. I did receive a refund for the issue the first time, but when it happened again they took zero responsibility and charged me for a missing item that I am absolutely certain was in the box when I dropped it off at USPS. When I called they said they had already issued me a refund once before and that was all that they were allowed to do. So am I to assume that this will happen over and over again and I will never have any recourse? No thank you, canceled my membership and informed them I would definitely be writing up a review on as many websites as I could find. Please save yourself the headache and order from a different company there are plenty of other options for lingerie. Let's see if we can put Adore Me out of business for their fraudulent activities.

One of the sets I ordered just didn't flatter me, so I returned it and got a store credit for something else. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks!
Non existent customer service. Nobody answers the phone line. Response through e-mail is as long as a month. When they do answer, they do absolutely nothing for the problem. 'Pass the buck' attitude', they tend to blame everybody else, instead of accepting responsibility ad rectify the problem. I did not receive the item due to mix up in warehouse. Order was placed in November. 3 months after, I still have not been refunded. I had to initiate dispute through VISA. During the dispute they claim that they 'funds froze' and asked me to withdraw the claim. Of course, the bank advised that this 'funds freezing' is a lie to avoid return. I feel really sorry for the people that buy into this membership and prepay these thieves, and cannot cancel afterwards. Better Business Bureau is full of complaints about them. Start up amateurs that want to become successful overnight, without proper service or structure.

Love what I've bought so far. Very nice quality. Support was decent, but haven't contacted them for much yet.
The set is great I recommend size down the bottoms and if you want the laces get the hipster
I was skeptical and not everything fit great, but I found a couple pieces I loved and that surprised me. The pieces I probably wouldn't try out if I was shopping were the ones I liked best.
The items i have purchased fit true to my size and are very comfortable.
I was a little hesitant given the subscription thing, but it was super easy to cancel after I had placed my order.
Highly recommend this company, superior products! My wife loves them, we will definitely continue shopping!

Was charged almost 300.00 for product I returned and apparently the post office didn't shop or lost it still charge my account. Have been skipping boxes since and need to cancel account asap

Since the box is missing, we've charged$284.70 you for the missing sets.

I liked the products but upon returning my items they incorrectly stated I hadn't returned an item and charged me for it. I called and they said they would refund item but still haven't seen refund I canceled and would not recommend

Very cute but the boning started to pop out of the channels in the first wear. I guess it is fine if you put in on to take it off again right away but definitely would not work to wear out as some reviews suggest

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

**How does it work?**
To get started - you just need to press the Start my Elite List tab in that section and that'll allow you to add sets in your wishlist, so you can receive them in your next box selections.
They'll be added in your next box based on their size availability when we create the box. If less than 3 sets from your wishlist will be available in your size, your stylist will handpick other sets based on your styling preferences.
