I tried the service for trying on the products before buying. I kept everything neat and organized exactly as instructed. After I sent back the products I didn't want, they sent me a bill for about half of the value of the returned products for them being dirty, ect. I sent them back in pristine condition. They did refund me for the fees, but now I don't ever want to order from this company again. What a scam!
My experience has been average. Some pieces work out better than others.

I bought a couple bras tried them on once they didn't fit and i immediately sent them back and i got fined for them being "dirty or damaged" when they were not when i sent them back

Everything I have ever purchased from Adore Me was soft and good quality. There have been several items that I liked so much that I bought in multiple colors. Really my only complaint is that many of their sets come with panties that don't really fit my shape and/or style. Perhaps they only have cheeky and they are mesh or see through... I would like it if more came with a thong as choice, or at least underwear that is something you could comfortably wear all day, and not just for those 'special occasions'. And still have a cute bra that matched. My favorite items are the pajama/lounge pieces - so snuggly. (more long sleeve options please...lol)
From the moment I ordered, to the constant delays in shipping(at least that was one of the excuses I got), to them admitting they "lost" my order, to the poor quality of products, to the complete lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE, not even my worst enemy. Which is really too bad, because I was super excited at first. I'm really glad I didn't sign up for their subscription box now!

The order is nice and my wife likes the items. However your processing and shipping is super slow! My order almost did not make it in time for Christmas even though i placed the order well in advance.
Products are good quality but the shipping is terrible. Last two orders were well over 2 weeks to be shipped plus the time items were in transit.

I'm happy with my purchase and the quality is superior to most everything comparable, however surprised to find out I was subscribed to a monthly plan. I'm sure it was in the really fine print. Canceling was no big deal. Wondering how many customers don't realize they are getting a monthly charge.

Yes, there were a couple of glitches, but I was able to resolve them with the rep quickly. I now have more lingerie than will fit in my drawer, and it was easy to cancel the subscription.
I had an ores that got sent back by the post office for some reason. Since the set of bra and panties was on a credit, there was a $0 balance on my account. I called several times, emailed several times and could get NO RESPONSE from Adore me to resent my order. I'm not sure I will ever order from here again.

Boxes didn't show up, and I was charged for items that I sent back. The styles are all the same just different colors. They do have a few cute items but not worth all the screw ups.

Boxes are full of very nice sets, but every single box since the first one has been delayed

**To offer some context:** when creating a return, we mention that all sets returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set. This means your refund will be the total amount paid for that set minus $5.95.
**Just a reminder:** the purpose of this fee is to cover the restocking costs of your set(s) after going through, and passing, the sanitary inspection that's carried out for all sets that're received back in our warehouse.

I have had a very good experience with Adore Me. I have purchased so many bra and panty sets until I have to find space to store them. Each day is a new experience for me when I put on a new set I feel so good. I love the styles their stylist picks for me every month. I rarely send anything back from my monthly boxes. I am sure I have been with Adore Me for at least a year now.
I ordered an e-gift card, which never came. When I contacted Adore Me, it turned into customer "disservice" with its slow response time and a condescending attitude.

My package showed delivered, it was sent to the wrong address, nor adore me fault but also not mine. After contacting customer service 3 times I was eventually given discount codes to use to replace the items I purchased and didn't receive and was told to ship to a different place. I don't have a different place to ship to and I can't use all the codes at once so I have to make 3 separate purchases. I have yet to use the codes because it's just annoying. At this point I'd rather just get my money back.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
