I hate the adore me service. When I ordered a sleepwear for the first time. They sent me a wrong item. When I wanted to return d product. They said dbone I ordered they dont have that in stock. (Dats d reason they sent me the wrong item) if I return even though its their fault. I had to pay a restockin fee. Then I decided to give a 2nd try and brought a shapewear. I ordered for skin color and they send me black. I dint even bother return or exchanging as their service is so bad. I have deleted my adoreme account. There are better sites where you can buy stuff online..
I was having trouble getting my order submitted and customer service was incredibly helpful and walked me through what to do. I highly recommend this site.

On the plus side, the items they carry are LOVELY, and also very high quality. But, I've been having many problems. It's a new company, so I understand that there are going to be some glitches... but I have experienced numerous issues with this site (ranging from placing orders for products that turned out to be out-of-stock, to complications with them claiming to never have received my returned merchandise). The Customer Service you receive can also range from VERY helpful to VERY UN-helpful. The worst "help" I received was via the Chat Screen, and the woman I spoke to REPEATEDLY gave me "standard replies" (i. E. replies which were OBVIOUSLY pre-programmed into the system), rather than address my unique concerns directly. This, of course, resulted in my not having ANY of my questions "truly" answered... and, in fact, left me with more questions than answers. However, today I had a VERY helpful conversation with Andrea. She was thorough, and her replies were CLEARLY written HERSELF (they were NOT the pre-programmed responses). Another "gripe" I have is that they do not replenish their sizes NEARLY as often as they should. I have been waiting since JANUARY for my bra size to become available... well, today is July 1st... and there is NO telling when (or IF!) my size will ever be back in-stock. They also need a larger plus-sized (AKA "Curvy") section... as this section only contains (at present) bras and lingerie. But, for those of us who would like to try their leggings, for example, they don't currently offer those items in plus sizes. If you have a site that CATERS to larger women... then ALL of your merchandise should be available in larger sizes, NOT just "select merchandise." I think this company has a lot of potential... but there are many issues which need to be addressed AND resolved.
I wouldn't even give this company one star. Both times I placed order through them one item was left out of my box with no indication that my item was on back order. The first time it happened I was given a coupon code and a ten dollar credit to my account about 2 months after I placed to original order. This time I talked to a representative a week after I received my package about my missing item, they said they check into it and I never heard anything about it again. It has now been three months, not only did I have to ASK them to apologize to me for their mistake but they will only offer me a coupon code (instead of just sending me my already ordered item) but they refuse to refund my money. I am completely disgusted with this company and its terrible customer service, if you like getting your money taken with no product in return then this company it for you.
I have just received my order of four sets. They are all beautiful and fit perfectly, except for one bra, that is a bit too large in the band. I'm going to exchange it asap and I hope the process will be as smooth as my last exchange. I'm very excited and I can't wait to wear everything. I'm looking forward to July, as I know they always have new products coming in at the beginning of the month.
My daughter was very excited about this site, she needed something sexy for the ballet skirt, I have chosen the Mia set! It fits her perfectly! I was afraid to order from an online store, you know it is hard to find out the size or to see what kind of material is, but I was pleasantly surprised. I just love this site, I will order from here that is sure!
My friend bought some really cute lingerie from your website and recommended to me. I was really excited to get me some of that and when I saw I have a $20 discount I was thrilled! I just received my set and I'm super happy about it. I can't wait to get a new one when I get my paycheck lol!

Adore Me is the best site for lingerie I came across lately. I love the variety and how classy (without being boring) their sets are. I ordered three sets so far and loved them all, I had to send back one of them but just because it was a bit small. They offer free exchanges so that wasn't painful at all. I got a voucher and ordered it in a bigger size and it was perfect this time around. The shipping was fast too. The best thing has to be the customer service though, I love the chats service, the stylists are a great help and offer tips for choosing the right styles.

I am in love-hate relationship with Adore Me. I LOVE that they have the most adorable, colorful and stylish sets ever, but I HATE that not all of their sets come in my size. I seriously want to own each and every one of their sets.
Can't find such great quality at this affordable price nowhere else.

I ordered two sets and I loved this company. Until they tricked me into signing up for a dumb "VIP" access which was just them taking out $40 a month out of my account without me actually ordering and buying ANYTHING. I've been trying to get my money back, (now they've stolen $140 out of my account). I've told them multiple times (over 4 months) to stop this so called 'VIP' access but they haven't. And when I finally got through to someone on the telephone line, she said everything will be refunded and 2 hours later they tell me that they won't refund me. Stay away from them. I hate Adore Me

But if you send a letter to the claims department they will be able to refund you the credit back. It was never our intention to make you feel tricked. I got a great set at a great price but it was missing a garter strap. Mihaela was very helpful in the exchange process. She not only made sure that the exchange went through, but gave me 100 points as compensation for the compromised item!

The customer service at this site is awful. I've been trying to get credit for an incorrect item that they sent me for 2 months now. Every time I speak to a representative they tell me the credit has been processed. It never is and they can never give me an answer as to why it wasn't fixed from my last call. They are at a call center and have no connection or interaction with the people at the distribution warehouse. If you need credit good luck! The corsets are beautiful, but the thong panties are garbage. The set that I ordered was beautiful, I wish it would have been shipped correctly and not mis matched. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service I will never deal with this company again---well, that is unless the credit was not really processed AGAIN!
Adore Me reopened my account in November after it has been closed for months. I have to call customer service to close it again, and conveniently when you choose any option at the prompts the phone rings once and goes dead silent. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
