I am not happy with the product. The bra is very uncomfortable, washed it hoping it would help and it didn't. It is very scratchy and pokey on my skin. The underware are way to large never tried them. Your sizes run larger then most

I was so excited about everyone raving over adore me for ladies that need bigger bra's I wear a 40G and I had to return one of the bra's as it did not fit true to size, I exchanged it for this bra I was so excited when i received it.It is very pretty but very cheaply made thin straps and does not support good at all! I bounce when i walk rather than them staying in place and the material makes your skin red and pokes at you! I will not buy from adore me again because both of the bra's I received looked like they cost 5 dollars to make! No way not again!

The experience was just okay. The processing and actual time it took to ship my product was longer than I like. I had the pleasure of dealing with their customer service dept twice due to tracking information incorrect. Overall very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This was my first time using the company. I usually order lingerie through another site that I really like. Adore Me's quality was way better. The item that I received was nicely packaged and high end material. I will definitely order from them again. But when I need something fast and maybe not as nice and cost effective I will use the company that I am used to.

I ordered a sleepwear piece and a lingerie set. I ended up receiving the wrong bottom piece the lingerie set but it took so long to ship... I refuse to return it. I recommend leaving a shipping note to prevent this mistake.

I bought the Anastasia, love the bra! The hipster panties didn't quite fit right, how do I go about exchanging them for the briefs in small?

I am so happy to hear that you love the anastasia set! In order to exchange the panties for a smaller size, you will have to fill out a return form that you van get from the site once you log in. After you fill out the form, return the bra and the panty since we need the whole set to proceed with the exchange. After the warehouse receives the set they will notify us and an automatic code will be sent to you that you can use to purchase that same sat with the smaller panty or a different set

Don't order from this company. I got the link for the "1st set under $20" offer. It says the discount will be applied at checkout out. I tried chatting with a "Stylist" and got this response..."Are you finding everything alright?

Their customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced. I love the panties and bra sets and most are true to size, are a great price, and quality but dealing with this place is not worth it!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
