I always have trouble finding a bra in my size, but there is a pretty decent selection on here. The ordered arrived timely and it was pretty good quality. My only concern with the product is there were only 2 hooks to connect the bra, and Im used to 3 or 4 on my bras. I just think the wider the strap, the more support it seems to offer. Not counting it out yet, though...

The prices are beyond what I want to pay for. I will NOT buy anything from this site unless I have a coupon or a special code of some sort. $50 for a bra and a pair of panties is NOT worth it to me. Even $30 is pushing it. ONE bra and ONE pair of underwear... $30.00. No thank you. I'm more than happy to shop at Wal-Mart or something like that.
The only reason that I bought anything from this site was because I had a promo code that bumped the price down on a $50 set to about $25 with shipping and tax. The bra and underwear are VERY nice, don't get me wrong, but that is still REALLY expensive for:
A) Not a lot of product. A FEW strips of cloth sewn together. Boom! $25! WTF!?
B) a product that only my boyfriend and myself will be looking at. Yeah. No thanks.
Overall, I'm VERY happy with the product. I'm not happy with the price.

I can understand if the prices looks steep when taking a first look at it but you are getting the whole set for that price with shipping and exchanges included. And we do offer great quality and will be increasing the standard in our quality without sacrificing the price. But we always offer promotions to our members so please look out for those!:)

We are designing special high quality in house designs that will be debuted next spring. And are models are beautiful girls who represent the girl next door type, something many women can relate to.

Online there appears to be great selection available at very fair prices. In actuality nearly every size is consistently "sold out". On several occasions I wanted to do something nice and surprise my wife, but I'm constantly having to settle for a 4th, 5th or 6th choice or try and change the size "hoping" it would fit her. It starts to defeat what I'm trying to do as a gift/surprise for her. I sent in my concern and an "Anita" responded with the following response (note: not once did she acknowledge my frustration or really address the issue/concern) - "Thank you for your message!
For the sake of variety, many to most of our sets are only available for a limited time. If you see something great, don't hesitate! In case you miss out, we do replenish many popular items around the middle of every month, and we have a brand new collection with tons of great new products during the first week of every month! Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information!"
I think it's about time to pay more at a site/store and not have to consistently settle. IF they respond to my response with a better solution or more insight I will gladly return and update this post and the rating. But for now, the rating is a "1"... I'm not impressed.

I would like to start by apologizing for the customer rep not tending to your frustration, the last thing we want is for our customers to feel unattended. We are still very much a start up and we are working very hard to improve our customer service team. Along with that, we are also doing all we can to perfect the website so that we do not run into the "sold out" problem.

EMAIL ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE IDIOT:
I don't adore anything about this business. Originally I ordered the Ophelia set in a 36 DD and i was charged $19.95. I received the Paili set in a 38 I... I called your 1-800 number to express my unhappiness and the representative assured me that she would send me a return shipping label; (which i have YET to receive) to send the unwanted set back, and that i would get my order within 7-10 business days. A small mistake like that is understandable... but within days I then received an e-mail saying that you sold out of my size of the Ophelia. At this point I just wanted my money back and planned to cancel my account as soon as i received the return label. I now see as of 9/11/13 Adore Me had the NERVE to charge my credit card 49.99 after not resolving my first order. I would like ALL of my money, from the 1st incorrect order and for September credited back to me, ASAP- along with the return label so i can send this hideous lingerie you sent me by mistake...

This is a great site! The lingerie is such great quality and the sizes run true. I love the sizing chart and use it before each item I purchase just to make sure and I have been pleased every time. The items come wrapped in tissue paper and most of the time in cute boxes. They are very discrete and no one will know what you have ordered till it's open which is great if you have roommates.

"I think it's a scam. I NEVER received my package. After searching the web for reviews I saw this happened to a few other folks as well. Customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue. They told me I had to track the packages. They didn't order as much as an apology for the inconvenience. Also, I had to hold forever to cancel my subscription. DO NOT BOTHER SHOPPING WITH THEM. Order from someone reputable.

I really liked the outfit that I chose. There was an ad through Facebook to get a bathing suit for about 10$, and they charged me fairly and sent my product. However, whether it be my fault or the company's, I had no knowledge of them keeping my credit card information on file to continue to charge me on a monthly basis. Had I known this, I would not have bought the first item. Now I notice a week later that my card has been charged by a site I went on a month ago.
I just want my money back, and I hope that I can call them on Monday and explain the situation. I love the product I purchased, I just can't afford the strings attached, or to spend $40 a month on lingerie. I am a medical school applicant, and random charges to my credit card really hurt my financial situation.

Penalizing the customer when the company made an error and shipped the wrong size isn't the best business model. Own up to mistakes and work to remedy them. I'm an understanding person, I know mistakes happen, but try to fix the situation as to keep the customer. Not sure I'll be returning after this experience.

This is beautiful lingerie delivered quickly. My first experience was with a groupon and the the delivery time was about six weeks (there was a mis-delivery involved). Since then, items are delivered quickly and it's always fun to get a package of beautiful lacy things.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
