I ordered a bra and panty set in my usual size. The bra was at least 3 sizes too small. The bra is also much more flimsy and cheap than I was expecting. I would exchange it, but Adore Me doesn't make anything bigger.
This site is horrible. I, of course, was lured in by the Facebook ad but was not informed until after a made a purchase that this was a monthly commitment. I'm a college student... In no way do I have $40 dollars a month to spend on subpar lingerie that doesn't even fit right. They make it very difficult to cancel their sneaky membership. Have to phone them during business hours. Because of this, I have just been skipping the month for the past few months. But low and behold, day six, and with all the millions of other things going on in my life I forgot to skip it. So now they charge me $40 and overdraw my checking account... And I can't even call them until tomorrow. I'm just hoping their poor quality lingerie and cryptic business scheme isn't a reflection of their customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!

But it is a very flexible membership in the way that if you do forget to skip you have 30 days to call and get a refund for the membership fee that month. I like the quality of the pics. I don't like that when I put my size specific in, the items that come up are sold out. It seems like it would give you only what is available?

It was a great experience to shop on Adore Me. The set I bought is very comfortable and well made. The lace is soft and the straps don't dig into my shoulders, I usually have this problem because I have a larger chest. Overall great experience and product.

Cute lingerie and bra/panty sets. It can be difficult for a larger woman (2X and above) to find as much selection (they generally only go up to XL).

They advertised it as a set. Only one piece came. I called and complained. They made me return it instead of just sending me the second piece. I returned it. They sent be a new one and it was still missing the second piece! They told me they would offer be a coupon for 50% off my next purchased but they never honored it.

In the past I have had a few bad experiences with adoreme such as items I ordered actually being out of stock. I continued to order a few more items because they had decent prices with free shipping and returns. However, they have now increased their prices and no longer offer free shipping to Canada which is very disappointing. Recently I was sent the wrong size bottom to my lingerie set. I was told I had to send it back for credit and could re-order the correct item. Unfortunately the item I had originally ordered was now out of stock. Instead I asked for a partial refund because I liked the top, but they refused and insisted I send the whole thing back. Considering it was an error on their part I was really unimpressed with how inflexible their policies are. They do not value their customers and I will not be ordering from them again.

Clothes are not true to size, poor quality, they ravel, or develop loose threads after washing them. Slow delivery. Website often will sell clothes that are out of stock. I would not recommend this vendor.
