I thought that by signing up originally that no matter what, the first item you purchased would be $20. You should make that more clear with your advertisement and also have your sale codes work.
I've ordered several lingerie sets from adoreme.com. They have styles for whatever you're in the mood for sexy, playful, classy... And they're made of quality materials (not like cheap adult shop stuff).
I had issues with one order, but I called customer service and they were great and were able to resolve it to my satisfaction.

Liked the fabric and quality, but it didn't have any support at all (isn't that what a corset is supposed to have?) Inside is just boning, and no cups at all, so I was really disappointed, since the site made it look like there were. Will need to return my purchase.

Everything's groovy until something goes wrong. Then forget about getting results in a timely manner, anyone being the least bit proactive, or providing follow-up info without your having to call for it. I won't be buying from them again, & I'll be spreading the word, too.

This set was so amazing! I wasn't expecting it to be as beautiful as it is, the embroidered details are flawless. It's relatively comfortable for a bustier and regardless of having no padding it gives a sexy lift! Boyfriend was blown away. AdoreMe hasn't failed yet.

I ordered a corset for $19.95 on sale. It was nice for the price. Then two weeks later I noticed they withdrew $39.95 out of my bank account, but I didn't order anything else. So I tried calling at 4:00pm EST on a Monday and they were closed. I checked my email to see if there was anything from them saying why I was charged and sure enough there was an email saying I had a $39.95 store credit, and down at the bottom in small print they stated they charged the card I used on the first order. Apparently they think its acceptable to charge your card without permission and then say you have a " store credit". I will be filing a dispute and contacting the bbb. What terrible business practice. I bet they're making tons of money off people who never noticed they were charged.

I'm not impressed. The first order I made I paid for, then was later notified that the item was out of stock and they weren't sure if they would ever get it back in stock again. Instead of refunding the money I paid, they gave me a store credit to my account with them for that amount. The second order I placed I found out that they had changed the VIP incentive program I had originally signed up for and they raised the prices of their products. Part of the change was that they were no longer offering all sets for $39.95 to VIP members, which was the main reason I joined the VIP program in the first place... very disappointed all around.

We do apologize for not sending a notification, but the membership fee is still set at $39.95 but we are getting better quality products which we want to focus on on the long run.

2nd order from here, haven't had a single issue, orders come fast and on time! Way better quality then I was expecting just because of the price. Have used them twice and will definitely be ordering more from here! Size's were pretty spot on too, most places always very but it was pretty good.

Size was very accurate, color was not exact to picture but very close, small snag on right bosom.

Love the lingerie! And if something you dont like or does not fit it is no problem to exchange or return! LOVE it :) Most of the sets are wonderfully made and fit great. Some are a little cheap and run a little small.

I took a chance and bought from them and now regret it. My first set was $19.99 (special) I had to return it because I didn't' fit. After very slow response time (about 3 weeks) I finally got a credit on my card minus a mandatory restocking fee. But I just wanted to exchange it - which was indicated on my return. They refused to honor the $19.99 price (I'd have to repurchase it at $49.99). I'd ordered another set also that did fit and after three washes the boning in the bra started to poke out of the fabric. Poor quality, poor service, scam. Don't fall for it. PS - this post comes after my numerous failed attempts to negotiate with their $#*!ty customer service.

I really appreciated the larger sizes and styles that are available. The sizes were a little smaller than what is comparable at another company. The same size around from this company was too tight, but the cup size seemed accurate.

I liked a lot of the product as it was presented online, but wanted to test a set in real life first before buying everything I wanted. I was taken by surprise by how nice my set was!
