I feel scammed! After your first purchase, you get charged $40 a month! Do NOT purchase from this company unless you want to give them $40 every month for the rest of your life, whether you purchase from them again or not. There was open communication with a representative while I was looking to make my first purchase, and now I can't contact anyone to NOT be a "member", where they never gave me a chance to opt-out. I cannot disconnect my card from their website to not get charged the monthly fee! I don't have money for that and don't need $40 worth of lingerie each month! Now I will have to change my account information or get a new card to keep my money!

It is an active but flexible membership, meaning that you are not obligated to make a purchase each month, but that between the first and fifth of each month our VIP Members visit the site and either make a purchase or skip the month. Beware Of this company-They only give you the deals if you sign up for a VIP membership (most people dont even know they're signing up for anything at all). This membership basically cost $40/month. They say it isnt a monthly charge, but it is if you do not "skip month". Say what you will Adore Me, you are still charging $40 if we forget to skip a month or dont notice the charges. I dont want store credit! When we called to opt out of this program they made us pay double what we paid for the product since the membership is what gave us the discount (the only reason I bought). Beware, read the fine print many times before you get yourself into this mess.

This is the first review I have ever done on any store/restaurant/anything. If I could give a 0 star I would. It is pretty much the same as the other experiences. I just checked my bank online to pay bills and just happened to see adoreme on there yet again under pending. The date was Jan 6th and I had not made a purchase since before Thanksgiving. I called them to see why I was being charged, logged onto the site, and saw that I had an 80.00 credit. WHAT? I didn't realize that they were going to charge me twice what I paid for the original purchase every month. When I called, the lady said I should have read it closer. I asked if it happened often that people were mistaken and she said yes. Then why don't they make it bigger and in bold. She refunded me my 80.00's and I told her that I would NEVER be making another purchase with them again.

Worst online shopping experience ever! When I initially purchased something I had no idea I was enrolling in an ongoing monthly subscription! The first order they sent didn't fit and there was a huge black grease stain on it. The second item also did not fit even though I took their "stylist" advice and ordered up a size on their corset... I actually ordered up 3 sizes... still was too small! I don't get it - I can wear Victoria's Secret lingerie... why doesn't any of the "plus size" AdoreMe junk fit... oh, that's right... because it's junk! Poor quality, chintzy little adornments sewed on to look like "bling".

So I tried calling their customer service. What a joke! Rude, and uneducated is the nicest way to describe these girls. I requested my membership canceled in November... it was never done. I discovered this when I noticed on my bank statement that I had been charged AGAIN! Then when I asked to cancel again and have my credit card refunded, they refused, saying they only have access to refund 1 month. I requested to speak to a manager and was hung up on 3 times!

Nothing good about my experience with this company... nothing but bad on top of bad on top of bad!

I had ordered a bra and panty set for a Christmas gift. They had sent me 2 sizes too big and when I returned it, I recieved the same exact mistake again. In addition they have promised me store credit and never followed through. Will probably never use this website again, big disappointment.

This company is horrible! DEF read the fine print BEFORE you purchase anything, and think you're getting a good deal, you're NOT. They automatically sign you up for the VIP membership and then its over 2 months before you can cancel it so you're better off canceling your credit card first. They also blocked me from their Facebook page with my complaint, how sad.

I am so upset with Adore Me.

I ordered a set in a 32B a few weeks ago and was sent a 38B. I stayed on hold for over an hour. Was given no help. Went through the hassle of exchanging it for the same exact set reordering the same exact size (a 32B). And today I recieved the set in the wrong size of 38B AGAIN! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? No one has responded to my e-mails. I am never using Adore Me again nor recommending them to any of my girl friends. This has been a terrible experience.

I posted publicly on their facebook page and they deleted my comment. I sent them a private message and they didn't respond and I have sent 2 emails that have pictures of the product and I have not gotten a single response, apology, or any form of help.

Adore me deleted my comment on their Facebook Page.

A) I had two call twice before they would unsubscribe me from their VIP Service.
B) Rude Service!
C) They REFUSE to remove my Credit Card information from their website - I have to change my credit card information myself in order to secure my accounts.
D) It is also evident that people do not realize they are signing up for a month to month subscription. They steal from people and do not care to fix it.

Now that they have deleted my comment, that is evidence enough that they do not care to respond to me. Instead they just delete me.

One of my friends at work was telling me about this website. About how cheap they were and how adorable they're products were. So I course I had to check it out. At first I was having trouble finding lingerie in my size. Then I found a cute bra with panties. So I purchased it, while checking out the website was not very specific on the whole membership thing. And I couldn't understand it. I just wanted my cheap lingirie set. I got charged 39.95$ for two months in a row before realizing this site was over charging me. When I called customer service I was on hold for half an hour. The woman on the phone told me I was taken off of the membership list and I wouldn't be charged anymore, and that she refunded my money. ( this Ashe because of the charge my account had been over drawn twice already). And then the third month comes around and my bank sends me a statement saying that the following charges of 39.95$ was trying to be taken out of my account and there was not enough in my account and that I was over drawn 64.35$ (including the 25$ fee my bank charges). I calle customer service again just to be put on hold again for another half hour. When the second woman answers I explain to her that the woman from the month before was supposed to take me off the list and she had not, I wa charged 3 times for 39.95$ and she could only refund me for one because they can only look at the past months tranacrios. The First Lady I talked to COMPLETELY LIED TO ME. She told me I would get all of my money back and I didn't. Now they're telling me that I have to go through claims to get the last to transactions back in my account. I had to cancel my card because this website wouldn't quit charging me. This is absolutely the WORST customer service I have EER had to deal with. The least y'all can do is be honest with me since y'all charge my account three frickin times.

What a scam - beware at all cost. Stay away, they are interested in making money, even when they are not providing goods or services. Customer service is terrible. They have STOLEN $400 from me. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

Do not give these people your money, because you will NOT get it back.

I purchased an item, then returned it because the fit wasn't right. And they did process the return and refunded me my money (minus the 15% restocking fee).

Lo and behold, I somehow signed up for the monthly membership, which included a MONTHLY fee of $39.95.

I web-chatted with Britney. She promised that the September amount would be refunded to me, and also promised the October amount would be refunded as well.

By the time mid-October rolled around, neither amount had been refunded to me. Emails to Britney went unanswered. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card.

Don't waste your time or your money. And don't bother trying to shame them on Facebook--they check it daily and delete negative comments.
