If I could give this company and website less than one star then I would have. ADORE ME is a scam. They do not notify their customers that by ordering through their special deals (every site has special deals right?) you actually get signed up for a 'VIP' membership that charges you $38 every month. In addition to that the HELP department cannot actually do anything to help you, the developers are probably still undergrads, and really the lingerie isn't great material or even that cute. I wouldn't recommend this site to my worse enemy.

I had the worst customer service experience in my life with Adoreme.com. I called in November to cancel my account, but when I received an e-mail referring to 'store credit' I was extremely confused. I then realized they had NEVER cancelled my account and had been charging me the "VIP" membership. I called them on February 6th to find out why my account was never cancelled, I was then told they had "no history" of my call or request for cancellation. I was then told that since I called in the 30 days I would be able to get January and February, NOT December, charges back, but I would have to call the next day(since the February charge was going through it would throw up an 'error'). The girl said she would put it in my account that I was to get both months back and that she would cancel my account. I called back THIRTEEN HOURS later and they AGAIN had "no history" of my call, that I could NOT get January back, but only February and my account was NOT set up to be cancelled. I was appalled with the service and the lack of help. It was pretty much a "screw you, have a nice day" move on their part. I will NEVER buy from them again and will NEVER suggest them to anyone.
They also make the "VIP membership" unclear when you are checking out, because I can guarantee I would have never agreed to it. I do not do memberships and would not have willingly chosen that option.
I suggest to anyone who is debating on buying from them to NOT do it. I honestly have never been so angry or appalled with service from any company, ever.

I did not like that I was put in the VIP members category and charged a monthly fee. However the person I spoke to when I called to get a refund was very nice and helpful and she even gave me the option to be put on a payment vacation so I would not have to call every month.
I wasnt very impressed with the product. I ordered a B cup and what I received was labeled as a B, but was the size of a small A. Also the website pretty much tricks you into signing up for VIP membership, and this sales method is very scam-like. Phoncustomer service is okay... the woman I spoke with was a little cold, but my needs were met in a timely fashion.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
