I accidentally signed up for a monthly service. I called immediately to eradicate the situation. I was NOT ALLOWED TO CANCEL?! The customer service was rude and terrible. I tried cancelling again when I was told I was allowed to but because it was a holiday I wasn't allowed to AGAIN. So now I have to wait to try and cancel my service for the THIRD time on the date I was told I could. Let's find out what kind of excuse they'll give me this time. Absolute trash.

This site is absolutely a scasm - all of the "positive" reviews are obviously fake profiles created by the company.

I tried to return the set that I initially received so that I could cancel my membership without being charged another $15 (as I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription service in the first place), and received an email which claimed that it had been worn and they were not going to issue me a credit. When I contacted customer service and explained that I hadn't even taken the set out of the package before returning it, they claimed that their warehouse had "made a mistake" (as I can see has happened with other customers as well), but they could not give me a date as to when it would be resolved. I have a feeling I am now going to have to dispute this with my CC company as trying to get them to be honest is a losing battle. Just stay away from this company, they are not to be trusted and will do everything in their power to scam you out of money.

The VIP Membership is only one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order. The other is Pay As You Go, our one-time purchase option (commitment-free).

Regarding sizing, the the vast majority of our shoppers find our lingerie to fit true-to-size. However we understand that shopping online for intimates can be tricky. Our lingerie is made from a variety of materials including lace, silk, satin, mesh, elastic therefore the fit is slightly different per style. Stay clear of this company. Out of about 10 lingerie items I've ordered from them, only two were exceptional quality. The others, well, you get what you pay for. I've only had one order show up in the time they promise. Typically, I would wait around 2 weeks for an order to arrive. That's if it actually arrived. The tipping point was when I waited around for almost 3 weeks for an order to show up - when I called customer service they said the order was "processing" and I would have to wait another 3 days to speak to a manager so they could resolve it. After 3 days, a manager never called me. I called customer service again, and AGAIN was told I needed to wait another 3 days for a manager to call to resolve. STILL no call from a manager. I demanded to speak to a manager on the phone the third time and they wouldn't let me. Fed up, I tried to cancel my membership over the phone, and they AGAIN wouldn't let me saying I needed to speak to a manager. Lol. Keep in mind, they charged my card for the "processing" order. So they have my money, but I don't have the order! I finally just called my credit card company with a dispute and my credit card refunded my money from Adore Me. This company is a complete headache and their customer service is an absolute joke. I'm STILL trying to cancel my VIP membership. Save yourself the misery and buy lingerie anywhere but here.

I never received the item I ordered and had the most frustrating experience with customer service trying to explain that. She kept telling me the order was on its way, but the Post Office and UPS had no record of the tracking number I was given. Because of this, I wanted to cancel my subscription and was told I'd be charged the difference of my VIP order for canceling early. I never got ANY order so the difference of what? $0? She said they'd charge me the full amount anyway, which is basically stealing money from me as I'd never received their product. I ultimately waited the required amount of time and then cancelled my subscription, but I would never recommend them to anyone or deal with them again. I never complain about service, but this was so terrible that I had to.

Bad online customer service
February 28, 2014

Bad online customer service. Horrible phone customer service, was lied to on the phone on two different occasions and hung up on once. Sneaky - no way to delete your credit card info because you get charge 40$ per month unless you skip the month in the first five days, no way to get a refund. I had to cancel my card just so I wouldn't get billed by them. Very bad, I would not recommend to anyone. Bad policies and bad customer service. Additionally, the product was cheaply made, the tag had been cut out and replaced by an "Adore Me" tag, there was a rip, and the size did not match what I ordered. This company should be shut down for unethical business dealings.

The discounted price was reasonable. The item looked good on me and fit pretty well however the black ink in the lace part of my item rubbed off on my hand. Simple fix after washing it but it should have never happened in the first place.

If i could give it no stars i would.

Cheap disgusting materials, I ordered two corsets and they both snagged and ripped almost immediately. The thongs they send with i threw in the garbage as soon as i saw it. No way that cheap piece of crap is going anywhere near my lady parts!

When i read some reviews i saw quite a few saying if you have a larger chest to order a size bigger then you are, i am a DD so just being cautious i order two sizes bigger in both corsets and they didn't even go around half my body! I'm not a big girl or anything friends (That did wonders for my self esteem, thanks a bunch.)... The cups were WAY too small and had no support, how can you advertise for bigger sizes then put no support? Come on people think.

They make a big deal about how shipping is free if you need to return/exchange, but what you don't know until after you order is that there is a restocking fee, not to mention there can't be any rips or anything (with that material? Impossible.)

I spent 60 bucks and I'm not even going to waste my time trying to send it back, Ive heard nothing but horrible things about the customer service.

Then we have the stupid scam of the membership, when you first agree to it, it says you can cancel after 10 days, But what you don't see til after you sign up is that, Yes you can cancel after 10 days BUT if you ordered anything you have to wait 45 days to cancel otherwise they will charge you the FULL price. SO if you got something for $25.99 for the special deal when really its $59.99, and cancel before the 45 days they will charge you the difference.
Doesn't that just scream SCAM?!?!?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They charged my credit card 40$ without my knowledge so I called customer service twice in order to get a refund. They said it would be credited back to my account within 30 days, I called back to confirm this. 30 days passes and no refund, I called customer service back and they said they cannot refund my money back to my bank account beyond 30 days. I'm sorry, you made me wait 30 days in order to see if my bank account would be credited. On top of that the customer service woman offered absolutely no help for the discrepancy their representatives offered. They did not even bother to try to correct the FALSE INFORMATION they gave me. Horribly frustrating customer service, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Really TERRIBLE experience, I will never buy from here again and I will warn my friends from buying from their site as well.

I have bought 3 sets of lingerie now, and I love them all! They are super soft and comfy. Only thing that would make it better is if I could see a size chart for the plus size. I had to guess, and so the sizes I got were a little on the small side, but overall I love them! Fast shipping, too!
