AdoreMe is great! My set came pretty quickly and I loved it! The bra is so comfortable and doesn't shift. My only issue was with the panties that came in my set, the seat seemed to be too far back, and it wasn't a size issue. Maybe it's just the brand.
I bought the first set of lingerie and found it to be poorly made and uncomfortable. I called to cancel but they charged me the next month (it was after the 5th). They charged me again after very frustrating discussions with the representative they agreed to refund part of the money. I thought it was over but then they've done it again! I've canceled my card and made a fraud report to my bank. This time I will send a certified letter with a cc to the Attorney General. It probably won't stop this practice but maybe they will finally drop me from their "VIP Membership".

I ordered a bathing suit because they had a special so for $25 I got a brand new bathing suit. Other than the material being beyond cheap the bathing suit was way to Small. I'm a size 8 so I ordered a large thinking it would fit just right. I was way wrong the bottoms were so small I could barely get them on. So thinking that the return exchange policy would make things easy Wrong again! I sent it back and over a month later they said they couldn't accept the return because the item was unsanitary and worn. I had the suit on for maybe 2 minutes. This site is such a scam. If I want the suit that doesn't fit I have to spend even more money to get it shipped back to me... So I'm out the suit I sent back and the $25 I spent. SCAM... SCAM... SCAM. Stay away and I will let all my facebook and Twitter followers know about this! I'm just thankful I never ordered anything else!

I have called this company 5 times and they have the worst customer service ever. All I want to do is cancel my account but they put all these conditions to continually scam the $#*! out of you. I accidentally placed an order for the wrong size and called them within an hour to change the size and/or cancel the order if that was not possible. They told me that they could not do either. That I would have to wait for the package to arrive, then take it to the post office for a return to either switch sizes or get a refund. Terrible business practices. Ordered from them several times before but will not again in the future. However, I will be posting reviews so other folks won't have to deal with the same issue.

"this company is the modern day version of Pirates. They force you to sign into a membership when you want to buy a single item, and if you don' t read the fine prints of what a membership is to them, then be ready to lose some money. I was forced to pay 39.95 twice and after a serious talk to the representatives, they were willing to refund me only the last charge and not a penny more. After supposedly having my membership cancelled after being forced to pay one month of "membership," they charged me again a third month. At this point I was furious and was ready to file a complaint against them, but they agreed to refund me again and give me a discount on any item I wanted to purchase. I agreed, but since I didn' t like any of their crappy items, I waited for a few months. I still don' t see anything I like, however, I realized today that my so called "store credit" has been forfeited by the company. So guess what, now I don' t even have the money I have already been forced to spend any more. For all you guys out there looking for months of fun and running for your money, go on, this is the place for you; however, if you want to stay away from headache and don' t have money to give away to crooks like these guys, STAY AWAY."

I signed up for them about three months ago! When I signed in through FB, for my first set for only $25, they saved my credit card information and to remove it, I have to call them. Also, they said, become a VIP member for free, and EARN or GET store credit.
This was EXTREMELY vague at stating that the VIP "store credit" would be automatically charged to my credit card every month. And, if I hit the skip button after the 5th of the month, despite my credit card company rejecting the charge to my card, they actually attempted AGAIN to charge my card!
Lastly, calling them to get my VIP membership cancelled, results in over 10 minute wait times just to speak to a customer. And god forbid, you call on the 31st day of their 30 day limit for refunding your store credit, they absolutely refuse to do it. This, despite the fact that I tried calling multiple times this whole week (it's currently a Friday) and having to sit through the wait times. I couldn't do it at work and it sucks that I missed the date and that they're so uncompromising.
Furthermore, you CANNOT delete an account with them once you've created it. They NEED to keep your credit card on file for "IRS" purposes, which has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard! At most, they need a copy of the purchase and HOW it was paid for, but to keep that information after that point is unnecessary. Also, there is NO other contact. To reach any other department, such as claims or corporate, you either have to write a formal letter or email. I have never had such a bad experience with another company, and as someone who once worked in retail, I am appalled that they have such poor customer service standards.

It was great! The price for my first set on sale was great and convenient, and the quality of what I bought was good
STAY AWAY! This site is a total scam. I originally purchased from this site which required me to enroll in this VIP subscription. After going around and around with them to cancel I was left with about $80 I'm credits I the site because they refused to refund anything over 30 days. Several months later I go back to use the credits that I paid for, and then find out that by using the credits I have automatically been re-enrolled in this scam VIP program. I've read other reviews where someone from the company's says there are two ways to check out, well in this case, because I was already taken by their scheme once, I was careful not to select any sort of "pay as you go" subscription offers. Didn't matter, they will sign you up against your will and without your knowledge anyway. Now I am in the same situation a year later with un-refunded credits. Their customer service also refuses to permit any escalations or requests to speak to management. Again I repeat, if you do not want to be scammed STAY AWAY! Also for those of you that have already fell for the VIP scam as I did, but a block on your credit card for this company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
First, you have to let Adore Me's system save your credit card information in order to get your first set for $25. I purchased my first set for $25 and unfortunately, the push up bra actually hurt me when wearing it (I've never had that problem with any other lingerie company). Their return process is not simple whatsoever, and they are terrible with responding to emails. Thus, I am stuck with an Adore Me bra which causes pain when wearing it.
Second, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, since they have your credit card information stored, you must look at their site's recommended picks for you at the beginning of each month. If you miss this opportunity to look at what the website picked for you, your card will automatically be charged $40, which can be applied toward another Adore Me purchase. There are no instructions on the website to cancel this Regular Membership; there are only instructions on how to cancel their VIP Memberships. You cannot delete your credit card information on the website. You can only add a new credit card.
In sum, I recommend you go with a more reputable lingerie company.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
