I loved the set I got! Everything I wanted to show off my assets just right. I am having a problem finding another set that I want in the sizes that fit me. It's either the right bra size with no right size available in the bottoms or the bottoms I want in the right size but no bra to fit :( I thought I had found the perfect place to fit me but now I'm waiting to see if they do stock/restock regularly in my size(s)

Size was way off although I used Adore Me's sizing chart, and had confirmation from Adore me Stylist. I got a D and it looked like an A! Despite being a pushup bra, the cup size should have never been that small. Besides the sizing the quality is cheap and I am still waiting for refund- it has said pending for the last 6 days. Funny how it hasn't been processed although I am still swamped by emails from this company to buy more.

Read comments below - purchased my first set by clicking a Facebook link, and automatically got signed up for VIP membership. You have to write a letter to get a refund, and you have to sit on hold (I was on hold for 45 minutes) to talk to someone, and the "customer service" rep I spoke to was extremely rude. She only cancelled my VIP membership after I asked about 10 times. This site is a complete scam.

I ordered a bathing suit for advertised price of $24.95. It came promptly, and everything was good until 2 months later when I began getting charged $40 per month when I hadn't purchased anything since.
I called the company to clear up this charge and was informed that they will be charging me $40 every month whether I buy anything or not. I was told that this information was abundantly clear and visible on the website which it IS NOT. I would NEVER have made this purchase if I had known about that condition. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE... is it a SCAM! I was unable to get my money back and customer service hung up on me when I tried to speak with them. The VIP Membership is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order. It is an active but flexible membership, meaning that you are not obligated to make a purchase each month, but that between the first and fifth of each month our VIP Members visit the site and either make a purchase or skip the month. It’s a button in your showroom, and you may skip as many months as you’d like.
If you do not skip or make a purchase between the first and the fifth, you'll see a $39.95 charge on the card, and this amount will turn to store credit available for use at any time. The terms and conditions of membership are stated twice during checkout, once more in the membership confirmation email, in the two reminder emails before the fifth and in numerous locations on the site.

Total rip off! All of the materials are junk, I have cancelled the membership twice now, and they continue to charge me. I have credit that I cannot use as nothing fits me. I am a 34DD bra. I have tried numerous times to get my money back that was credited to my account. I do not want to order any more merchandise as it never fits and I have to pay a $5.99 restocking fee every time I return something. Buyer beware! This company sucks.

I was a little disappointed that I had joined on a deal for my first order to find I was charged full price for the item. The product was gorgeous and I would love to purchase more items.
Terrible customer service. My order did not come with the matching panties. Tried emailing them. Basically said sorry, give us a call. Impossible to get thru to them, their line was always busy and has the most annoying song playing. Emailed them again to cancel my membership and I was not going to call them and oh my credit card number was changed. Never heard back from them or got my panties that I had paid for. Their lost because I would have been a great customer and bought a lot.
Interesting how the only time they are willing to supposedly work with me is when I post something on a website that they can't take down. My review of their product was never posted on their website. (Said I did like the lingerie, just that it never came with the panties and their customer service was crappy.) My emails to them were ignored. There are plenty of other places to buy lingerie.

I got charged three times after I had unsubscribed. A total of 135$... Money that they say I cannot get back because its my responsibility to check my bank statements. Why dont you try not charging me for things i do not want.

I did like the lingerie they sent in the mail, it came in a timely manner. However, it did not fit so I returned it, but noticed i was subscribed to the VIP membership which I didn't realize untill after I had a charge on my credit card. I called to cancel it and they said they did, I was refunded the money. Costumer service was helpful on the phone. Then two months later I noticed another charge so I called again and they refunded me the money. (I bought the item in January) it is now May and I noticed they have charge me once again for the VIP membership. Frankly, I'm fed up that is the most ridiculous unprofessional thing. I would have deffinitely continued shopping on this site if it hadn't been for that.
Long story short be wary of giving this site your credit card information!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
