A month after placing my order I still hadn't received my items - I was told to keep waiting. 2 months later I called again and they finally accepted that my order had likely been lost and offered to send me new sets. They gave me two promo codes and a store credit to cover shipping. However, the website can't combine promo codes so I can't use them. Now I have to call their help line again (the only way to receive customer support).
Note that every time you call you must wait on hold for 20+ minutes. They say they offer email and "live chat" support. But they do not reply to emails, and their live chat reps have no power and only refer you to their phone line.
I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I have wasted HOURS trying to get this one simple order and still haven't received a thing. Their product might be good but the time and effort to receive an order is not worth it at all. Stay the hell away.

Our warehouse is located in New Jersey, and orders to Canada typically take up to 10 business days without factoring in time spent at customs (Canada's border is especially strict, and delays at customs might triple the delivery period, unfortunately). That is what our representatives were not able to assist you earlier.

STAY AWAY this company is truly slimy. I purchased a set last night, being unaware of the fact that I was being signed up for a VIP membership that would charge me about $40 each month unless I skipped. I was only made aware that I "SIGNED UP" for this "service" until after my purchase. There is no way to cancel my order now and after being forced to call the 1800 number and waiting on the phone they told me there is no way to cancel my VIP before I get my package. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS! They already charged my card - they have my cash for the purchase. They do not have any need of my card number any longer nor my "VIP membership" scam. They just want to keep me tacked on so they can charge me later. I want it cancelled immediately but I can't even trust that they will truly get rid of my information and not charge me- I am about to go out and cancel my credit card so they have no way of doing so. What a headache. Appalling that a company has to trick people to make a profit, instead of being honest and providing nice products. I am embarrassed for them.

The VIP Membership is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order. It is an active but flexible membership, meaning that you are not obligated to make a purchase each month, but that between the first and fifth of each month our VIP Members visit the site and either make a purchase or skip the month. It’s a button in your showroom, and you may skip as many months as you’d like.
If you do not skip or make a purchase between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card, and this amount will turn to store credit available for use at any time. The terms and conditions of membership are stated twice during checkout, once more in the membership confirmation email, in the reminder emails before the fifth and in numerous locations on the site.
That being said, we apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. Our representatives will be happy to assist you with the cancellation of your account as soon as you receive your order. Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days for U.S. orders.

AdoreMe charged my credit card without my permission, by default you get subscribed to their program after one order, I did not like the product so I returned it but they kept auto drafting my card. I tried calling them but was on hold for 30 minutes, they asked me to leave a message but their voicemail inbox is full so I just get disconnected. I called again the next day, waited 30 minutes, went to voicemail, mailbox full, disconnect... I tried the next day and was on hold for almost 30 minutes when someone finally answered! I tried to get my money back but they only offered in-store credit and told me sorry. They will not offer me a refund.

I was disappointed on almost every level from Adore Me.
First, I accidentally clicked to join "VIP" membership when I made my first purchase. My fault, I know. I had no way of being sure I had "joined" until I called, but I'll cover the call later. But then, I discovered that there was no way for me to cancel or unsubscribe unless I called the company, which I was far less than pleased with.
When I called the first time, I was on hold for over an hour - something that would have been far less annoying had it not been for the EXTREMELY loud, repetitive, and annoying music. Their hold music consists of a loop of thirty seconds (if that) of "Boom Clap" by Charli XCX on continuous loop. Not only is the song annoying and way too loud, but the volume fluctuates, occasionally becoming even louder.
Once they finally picked up, I was told that oops! Sorry, there was nothing they could do until I received my package - I looked on the website and could find no warning of this.
I got my package, and the bra was surprisingly pretty decent for being so cheap. Not wonderful, but good value. This is the only reason that I am giving them 2 stars instead of one.
I called back today (was kept on hold for 45 minutes - same music) and they unsubscribed me, which I could not be happier about. However, the girl that picked up the phone was rude and unpleasant... I am just all around disappointed at this company. They hope to rival anyone in the industry? Good luck with customer service like this.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
