I was a little wary about ordering lingerie online but my fears were laid to rest when I got my first shipment. Everything was better than I expected, my shipment came right on time and the bra and panty set was a better quality than I'd hoped for. I'm definitely ordering another very soon.

I have been attempting to unsubscribe from their "VIP" list. I am not yet successful. I have called numerous amounts of times, and the line is disconnected or busy. Thankfully, I caught the $39.95 early on and requested a refund (still waiting). I am unhappy with the customer service. I have called *******2367 and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. It would be great if a company had a working line or even replied to emails.

You are automatically enrolled in their VIP membership with NO option to just pay once. I am looking at the reviews and am constantly seeing AdoreMe reply claiming "The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go) you select during checkout with your first order." NOT TRUE. I ordered from them once and there was no other option. I received my order and it was true to size, cute. I actually love it! But What I hated was the next month when suddenly I had lost $40 from my bank account to a purchase I never authorized! Anyway, I emailed and they told me that I had to call to cancel. Ain't nobody got time for that! Instead it was easier for me to cancel my credit card, which I can do online with a few simple clicks, instead of wasting 2 hours on hold (which I also did). I eventually did use the store credit for another product I LOVE and there was still no way to opt out of the VIP Membership! If I ever take a risk of ordering from them again, I will definitely use a prepaid credit card with only $40 on it, so they can't TRICK me and FORCE me into a monthly payment. SHAME ON YOU AdoreMe!

What a awful experience! Do not get involved with this site or company, Ever! They make recurring withdrawals out of your account monthly without authorization. You can never get threw to customer service. People need to get this site investigated by better business and file complaints for fraudulent activities, scamming, bait & trap etc... I've been on 2 different phones now for going on 30 minutes with no one answering my calls. I want a refund and this account cancelled with no more recurring withdrawal's coming out of my account. I'm pretty sure the customer service is non-existent when you try and call you will be put on hold for 20+ minutes no matter what time of the day. I tried to cancel my VIP membership (which is such a scam) and I can't even do that because I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE! It's ridiculous for such poor quality lingerie. I will never shop here again and I suggest everyone does the same.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
