I am unbelievably frustrated trying to get help from this company. I placed an order on Feb 3 of 2015. A day later, they wrote me saying that 1 of the 3 sets I ordered is no longer available. The order never updated on the site and never indicated shipping, so I thought I was out of luck for valentine's day, and that it just wouldn't ship on time. I emailed twice, called multiple times, I even posted on their facebook page, and was never able to get through to anyone. Is that a real working phone number? It's a busy signal every single time.
I just received the order today (on time - so thanks for that!) but I was charged for the 3 sets I originally ordered. Not to mention, the site never updated so I am not able to return the sets I did receive if I want to.
I'm blown away - been trying to contact customer service since Feb 4 with absolutely no luck. I even called the phone number on the shipping address today and left a desperate message trying to sort this out.
My friend recommended this site to me and now she feels horrible. I don't care if the products are pretty - this has been the most frustrating customer service experience of my life.

Upon further investigation we see that an issue occurred with your order and and email was sent to you on Feb 5,2015 with a voucher code, as well as $10 store credit as an apology for this unexpected situation. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with our servers, as we were running an ordinary update to improve the quality of your shopping experience. This glitch in our system allowed you to order the Dotty set while it was unavailable in your size.
That being said, we see that on Feb 11th one of our representatives offered you a refund for the set that was not available.
We apologize once again for the inconvenience and look forward to further investigating this issue to prevent it from reoccurring in the future.

My husband ordered me a piece of lingerie for me from Adoreme.com for Valentines Day. When it arrived the label said that it was my size but when I went to put it on it was not even close. I pulled up the web site and noticed that it said the corsets run small and to order a size up. But this corset was about 7 inches to small. I decided I would call and exchange it for 2 sizes up.
When I called them I was told by an automated system that the wait time would be 15 minutes before anyone could help me. I waited 57 minutes. Not an exaggeration, this is what my phone said. When I finally got a person on the phone she explained that they do not have the size or color of the item that I wanted. She said to pick something else. I had already looked at everything on the site and nothing that I wanted was in my size. She then told me there would be a $5.95 restocking fee for returned items. I said that it isn't my fault that they don't have my size and that they can't force me to order something I don't want. I then asked to speak to a supervisor when I very rudely told that "Sure but she is just going to tell you the same thing." I was then put on hold for another 15 minutes when someone then picked up the phone and hung up on me.
This companies practices scream fraud. They can not bully people for their hard earned money when the error is on your products and your service. I will be posting this on every form of media available to me.
I signed up for AdoreMe's subscription service back in April of 2014 based on the promise that I could discontinue the service at any time. After receiving 2 packages (in April and May) I decided that the quality of the product in no way matched up to the rather high price ($39.95 for most sets). I called in June to cancel the subscription altogether. Afterwards I checked my credit card bill to see if June was refunded; it was.
Based on this, I assumed they heard me loud and clear. They didn't and continued to charge me my monthly subscription fee of $39.95. I still had a credit on my account and intended to use it at a later date, so when I got the reminder "You have a credit email" I assumed that was what it was referring to. In October I realize that I am still being charged, I email again asking what's going on and demanding for them to cancel my account. They claim they could only cancel over the phone so I call and ask for it to be canceled AND for the money to be refunded. They refused.
I did the same song and dance in November and December over both the phone and via email and still it has not been canceled. I've contacted my credit card company, but unfortunately they are siding with AdoreMe because of how the user agreements are written.
To be clear I am fine with the charges up until June of 2014 when I canceled my service, but the charges which occurred afterwards I do not feel responsible for.
Do not do business with this company! They are desperate to hold onto ever customer and will trap you into a monthly charge of $39.95 which quite obviously adds up. So far they've gotten me for $279.65 and as a student this really hurts. Please don't make the same mistake I have.

I like their style and the quality of the products. However It's been a month since i ordered my third set and I haven't revived it yet. My second set also came in 20 days. Whenever i try to call them the line is busy. Because i live in Canada i know the shipping process takes time but a month is too long. I'll ask for a refund and cancel my vip membership as soon as possible.

I really eenjoy shopping here. The only problem I have is that if a style is gone in your size it is gone for good. Which is kind suckie because there has been a few that I have seen that I have wanted to order that where already gone.

I was initially so excited to find this site, as I was looking to buy some cute lingerie for my honeymoon. I purchased an item and got a discount for it being my first purchase! However. I was then emailed and informed that I was part of the "VIP Status" program, where, if I don't cancel within 30 days, my card will be charged $39.95 of store credit monthly that expires within 12 months. Supposedly this was "made clear" twice during checkout. NO, it was NOT made clear. Calls and emails to customer service have so far been unfruitful. I was told that the manager was too busy to speak to me. Apparently they don't allow you to cancel your order or to cancel your membership until after your first order has been delivered. THIS IS A SCAM. This is a BAD way to do business and I will NOT be recommending this company to Anyone I know, EVER.

I just received my first order from AdoreMe, and I am more than pleasantly surprised. I wasn't supposed to receive my items until Wednesday, it is Monday and I just found them on my doorstep-so happy that the shipping was faster than expected. The prices aren't too bad, especially if you consider that of other brands. They came packaged nicely, it was actually cute. The quality seems to be comparable to that of other sites, and my items actually look cuter on me than I thought they would. Very happy, will definitely be ordering again.

This is a fraudulent website. They automatically charge your account $40 a month and call it vip. I fear I will have to cancel my credit card to get out of their system. Avoid at all costs!

I had a great experience and will continue to purchase lingerie from Adore me
I saw a bra/underwear set on a model on the website, I thought to myself she is way skinnier than me and it won't look as good as me but it's really cute and I want to try it. When it came in I was 150lbs. I tried it on for fun and despite my weight it still looked pretty good on me! It was almost slimming. I am now at 147 I'm hoping to wear this next week for my man ;) . Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
