I liked the idea of AdoreMe a lot -- In fact, I wasn't worried about the subscription service aspect of the VIP Program at all. After awhile, I realized that I was never really going to use all of the credit that I had stoked up month after month, so I started looking into canceling the VIP portion of my account. The instructions on the site are SUPER unclear. In some cases, the site asks you to call (which I hate as I work long, busy hours). I finally found an area that gave me an email address. HOORAY!
I emailed, they routed me to a link in their help desk. Why not just add the VIP cancel link to all of the documentation in the first place? Why direct me to email first? Now, here's where things get REALLY awesome. At some point (and probably not wanting to call customer service), I set my account on payment vacation. Once I FINALLY got the instructions on how to cancel the VIP service, I wasn't allowed to do so because I am on payment vacation... So, in other words, I have to wait MONTHS until this vacation BS expires to cancel the VIP membership. AdoreMe, the amount of pain it takes to cancel isn't worth it at all. This is absolutely ridiculous! The customer service rep states that he/she cannot cancel my account OR remove payment vacation so that I can cancel my account on my own. REALLY.
I have finally resorted to asking them to remove my credit card information from their site. Pretty sure this is a last ditch effort but... GOOD GRIEF. I hope that $39.95 that you'll earn from me before I can cancel my account is REALLY worth it. Put it to good use, AdoreMe.

Moreover, we do mention the fact that customers are free to cancel their membership at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit. The payment vacation lasts 3 months (you will not need to skip the month during this time) and you will receive an email notification towards the end of the vacation indicating your Payment Vacation is ending. You will then be able to unsubscribe from the membership.

Bought one item from them and then was charged $39.99 for the next 6 months until I've noticed it on my credit card statement! This website was made to fool its consumers and all they are trying to do is to lie to you on the phone. I spoke to few customer service representatives which were rude, didn't help me in any way and didn't return my money of course! I'm in absolute shock this website is still allowed to operate! I recommend everybody to stay out of this! To top it off, their item was oversized for my size, it looked cheap and bad. AVOID THIS MERCHANT AT ALL COSTS!

Everything was amazing. I had to return my initial order because I gave incorrect measurements. I had absolutely no problems at all. It was super easy and I received my replacement quickly. I will definitely be an Adore Me customer for a long time.
After receiving my first cheap, poorly-sized lingerie, I decided to cancel my subscription. The customer service rep did so, then laughed and hung up on me. Almost a week later and no response to multiple posts and FB messages, emails, etc. and they have ignored each and every single one.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
