I Iove the idea of adoreme, but I'm not at all happy with their service.
I waited 12 business without receiving my item when I emailed them they told me to waiting till 14 days. On the 14th day I got an emailing saying my item had been shipped back due to wrong address.
My address was 100 percent correct, I have lived in the same place for 2 years and this house is over 50 years old. Also their tracking still said the item was leaving the warehouse.
I called customer care to cancel my VIP and ask for a refund on my purchase.
I was advised that they cancelled the VIP and put through a refund request.
I was advised I would receive an email confirmation. I have not receive this.
My account still says VIP active and I haven't received my refund.
I really thought this was going to be a great experience and now I'm fighting with the company just to get out of the membership and get my refund

I received a partial credit back for my purchase minus a $5.95 restocking fee for an item I never saw. This company is Corrupt, please avoid at all cost
Comfort-wise, reasonable price, lots of great styles & designs to choose from... Such an awesome experience... Truly adorable!

Do not buy from adore me. I made a one time purchase as their ad said you get your first set for $25. I was happy about this and pleased with my item. A year later I logged back onto the site to find I was a "VIP" member (which I was never told about), and I had $500 of instore credit which was stolen from my bank account in monthly payments. I called furious to find they would not refund any of my money. Long story short, they are crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Do not become a VIP member, as they literally steal from you. That's $500 I will not ever see again.

The terms and conditions of membership are stated twice during checkout, once more in membership confirmation, in the reminder emails and in numerous locations on the site. Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.
If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience, here: http://askadoreme.com.
In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit beyond 30 days, you must send an email to our claims department at [email protected] explaining the case and why you were not to request a refund within our 30 day limit.

This service is a total scam. They take money out of your account every month without your consent and claim that it will be store credit... so I wonder why I have 0.00 dollars in store credit after they took money out of my account four months in a row? Also, they don't let you cancel your account without calling their customer service line. Even then, you sit for 20 minutes waiting for them to pick up and they never do. Really, really displeased with Adore Me and will never sign up for something like that again.

I got this for my wife, she loves the fit and material and I think she looks great in it!

I have ordered three sets now and I love each one of them. Previously, I ordered my lingerie from Victorious Secret but I am very petite and wear a 32C. All of VS bras never fit me right, the straps were too big or the cups were uncomfortable. I absolutely looooooove the way AdoreMe bras and panties fit, it's perfect! Not to mention the amazing prices.
I got my set in the mail promptly. It fit perfectly. Sets run true to size and look exactly as photos. I can't wait to buy more stuff.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
