I've been waiting for a response via email for over 2 weeks now for a simple exchange order. They've ready received the order I sent back just won't credit my account with the money for that item or give me a voucher code. Every time I call I am holding for over 25 minutes and don't have time to wait around for someone to pick up. Need to hear something back - l was ordering way before I needed it on 8/19. Not sure if that'll be possible anymore.

From ordering to the package and finally the set everything was amazing. I have received it in my birthday and was delighted to wear it. I was a bit skeptical to order unlined as I am not the most endowed person but I was able to fit the cup B bra well. It fitted true to the size I normally wear. Was a Birthday present for my Wife this past weekend and she loved it. I was informed that this weekend is going to be date weekend. I am a step dad to 2 teenagers so I am excited... I might get lucky!
Very difficult to get out of VIP program... And can't refund money after 30 days... even if no product purchased! Sizes run small...

AdoreMe tricks its customers by advertising first-time purchase discounts, but instead signs its new customers up for monthly "membership" fees of $39.95, whether you purchase or not. They'll charge this fee to the credit card you used for that first purchase without your authorization. Then, when you try to cancel your membership, it's a lengthy process with all kinds of hoops to jump through and questions to answer. I still haven't received confirmation that my membership has been canceled (and I have asked AdoreMe directly to find out, but they haven't responded).
