Over all, the site is very easy to navigate, you get what you order, and the packaging is cute. However, I can't buy any bras due to the lack of band size. I was never notified that my card was being charged until I had racked up a $300+ "store credit"! Got hung up on several times and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD # EVER! This is the e-mail I sent to the company after multiple hang ups and multiple emails sent with no reply:

Your company has been charging my credit card for months now without my knowledge and without any notification up until today, I called the service center 3 times and was hung up on, I have emailed multiple times with no response. I was only able to refund myself 2 months worth of the $39.95 charges and now when I finally got ahold of someone, they could only refund me an additional 2 months. I am still owed 4 months plus the interest you have caused me to incur on my credit card. Thats 4 months x $39.95 = 159.80 plus interest of 23% for a total of $196.55.
Someone from your department NEEDS to contact immediately! This is robbery and incredibly deceitful. I will never purchase anything from your company ever and I will write a review... to join the over 500 awful reviews others have already written about this company. My card needs to be refunded today, not 30 days from now and I expect a return e-mail.
The Better Business Bureau will also be hearing from me.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Adore Me -the quality wasn't what you paid for, BUT you got some great perks and discounts as a VIP- it was relatively easy to remember within 5 days to "skip the month", etc. However, what drove me to write a review wasn't the quality, or the policies, it was the "quiz".
I finally decided after months and months of skipping that I should just unsubscribe to the site all together. I had no plans to purchase again as I'd found "greener pastures", when I finally found out how to un-VIP not only was there a "quiz" to show me what I was giving up, but I also had to navigate to a different page at least THREE times to assure them that I was 110% sure I knew I what I was doing. To me this is just too much, and I honestly found it a tad bit insulting. I had had a decent experience up to this point, but this process was incredibly disappointing.

They get your credit card and illegally charge your account for monthly "subscription " fees you never signed up for.
I bought one set of lingerie from them for $39.95. I cancelled my account, and four months later, have received no refund and have repeatedly been told they cannot refund my "forfeited store credit". Today I just saw they billed my credit card account AGAIN... after I cancelled.
This amount now equals over hundreds dollars for which I have received neither goods not services.
Do yourself a favor, if you want to look hot and get ripped off by shady business practices... join a gym.

I placed an order on June 1st and still have not received my order. After waiting for 2 months I request a refund and they charged me 5.95 saying that I refused the order. How did I refuse an order that I've waited 2 months for before even complaining about not receiving it. I was hung up on after being on a hold of 12 minutes, that I was told would only be 3 minutes long. This company does not take personal responsibility, and I will not purchase anything from them and recommend that you go to Dillard's, Victoria secret anywhere but here. Your products through them are guaranteed In store and by delivery.

The bra and underwear fit amazing! The bra is not heavily padded which is better for me. The lace is really beautiful and durable. I love the underwear so much! It even comes in the cutest packaging. Would definitely buy again!

I ordered a few items in my recent purchase. I have never had matching underwear with my bras. They look fabulous and were true to their size. My fiance loved the way I looked in the items and I felt sexy to flaunt them in front of him.

I placed an order for Adore Me. I had read the numerous positive reviews and found their product to be less costly than VS my norm. I placed an order for ten items. I received the items and absolutely hated the fit. I returned each of the items and verified the acceptance of delivery to ensure they received the package. After nearly 3 months I received a refund for the items minus 53.55 for a restocking fee of each item I tried. I wasn't informed of this when I ordered or I would never have placed such a large order with trying it for the very first time. Basically I was charged for trying the product. Buyers be aware!

I saw an advertisement for Adore Me on tv and I thought I would try it out. I ordered a bra and panty set for $25.00. A few hours later I received an email saying I had been signed up for a VIP service where you pay $35.00 per month and get a bra and panty set. I was furious. I tried to cancel the VIP membership and though I was able to, it was not easy and I had to go through a lot of webpage gymnastics to do it. I also wanted to cancel my order however I was unable to do that. When I called to cancel my order they said I only had 30 mins to cancel it and that it was not only too late but that I'd also have to pay a restocking fee if I sent the order back. In my opinion, the service is shady. They use misleading tactics in order to get you to sign up for their VIP membership and when you try and cancel they make it extremely difficult. I do not recommend using this website. There are many other places you can buy bras and panties for a reasonable price where they are not trying to trick you into a membership.

The vast majority of our VIP shoppers enjoy the VIP membership and benefits, and skip the month or make a purchase without issue. In addition, we work constantly to ensure shoppers have easy access to information and a quick way to unsubscribe.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
