Unsatisfactory order on January 13 claims 3 to 5 days for shipping it's the 24th and still have not received my order called twice because order shows still processing finally cancelled order. Quick to take your money but not to deliver product.

This is the best place to shop for bras, panties, sleep wear etc. A must check out, you will love it. The size is true fit. Adore me caters to all sizes including plus size. I just wish they put more mature looking women models on TV ads and print. Because think it is young women only. But is for women young and mature. The models I commercial look like very girls. But, I love Adore me.

I ordered a product on January 11,2017. Their website says it takes 1-2 days to process and 3-5 business days to arrive. Well, on Thursday, January 19,2017, I called to ask what was up as I am waiting for my product. She said they are experiencing high sale volumes and that it's taking a little extra... A whole week extra to get something in a box and out the door...? So she said she would prioritize it for me. It is now Monday and it is STILL PROCESSING! I want my money back but they make it to where you can't file a refund unless you've actually received your product. Absolutely ridiculous. NEVER shopping with them AGAIN.

Nothing but hassle. I ordered 2 sets on 01/06, they took funds immediately. The website states orders ship 2-3 business days, mine shipped 01/16. I received my order 01/18 and the items do not fit. I tried to go online to make an exchange however the site shows my order still processing. You cannot do anything until the site shows your order was shipped and received. I called and was told they were going to transfer my problem to their "escalations Team", today is 01/23 and nothing yet. So I sit here and wait, out $60 for something I cannot use, cannot return, Please stay away from this place, they are totally unorganized, so far behind, and clueless.

Life order on January 15th I still have not received it. The status still says processing. I have sent emails that have gone unanswered and it seems that no one can tell me anything other than its processing. More accurately, it didn't take them this long to process my payment! I placed an order over a week ago. I had some additional questions and sent an email. My emails were answered right away. I was happy with that. Then I followed up on my order and it says it is still processing. Ok, I emailed Adore Me again and no response other then an auto response. I have attempted to call customer service for a week no with no success. SO I said fine, I will cancel my order and request a refund. Nope not eligible for one. I was really wanting my order before I leave the country for a month. Still nothing. Still nothing, still waiting for my order, a refund or at least an email on the status. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

In a previous, I only gave them a 1. But, after several emails back and forth, my package finally arrived 18 days after I ordered. In order to smooth things over, they gave me a full refund. And, I did order again from Adoreme -- my wife likes their stuff.

VIP membership monthly billing aside if you do not skip the month, the product itself has much to be desired. If you like cute design at a good price, this will suffice. However, if product quality is an issue for you, I'd recommend you go elsewhere. I have three sets of underwear from AdoreMe and either the elastic began to tear or fray, the crotch lining began to have holes or fray, and/or the lace started to fray -- all within just a few wears.
The design is nice and it's fine to have matching underwear. The fit is okay (albeit not that fantastic) but I'd go for better quality at a higher price which will last longer (and I hand wash my underwear).
Too bad, I really wanted to become a loyal customer but I prefer my underwear (particularly my panties) to last for more than five wears. As they say, you get what you pay for (although for the price they could still have better quality).

I am extremely disappointed with this company and their service. I am a first time customer. They had no problem taking my money but now its been over 7 days and I still am without my order. I asked if I could cancel and get a refund and they told me NO!?! That refund request must be made 30 mins after purchase. There are other companies that offer cute bras and panties like Lane Bryant and at least they abide by what they when it comes to shipping. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY GO ELSE WHERE!

I saw commercials for adoreme.com and was so excited to go check out all the pretty styles they had to choose from, only to find out they didn't have what I was looking for at all! Not a single plus sized bra that had push up or padding, let alone add 2 cup sizes like I like! I'm a 42DD or a 40DDD and half the reason I'm overweight is because I'm flat chested and if I didn't stay overweight, my chest would look like a 12 year old boys, so yes even as plus size girl, I need padding! I had a lingerie shop I had frequented my entire life(at the mall, extremely famous store and runway show) but when I gained a little weight and went from a 38- 40 or 42, I could no longer shop there.It has been a year and I still can't find what I want. I thought adoreme was the answer to my prayers, but I stead I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED...

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
