SCAM! Don't use!

This took over 4 weeks to receive my bras. And they never responded until AFTER I got them! They are make with cheap stuff. And to return it cost $5 restocking fee. Why is it my fault if the products were made poorly. Worst company ever! Don't waste your money!

Please also note, that we were not trying to trick you into the restocking fee. It is true that with returns there is an automated $5.95 worth of restocking fee withhold, but our customer service representatives are more than happy to overrule this process and issue a refund for this fee as well, especially if there has been a problem related to the order or it is your first return with us and you did not know about the restocking fee.

We understand that when problems occur our customers may not always wish to keep their items and we do not want them to be stuck with items that they may no longer need.

I've had my VIP Membership for a while now. Most of the sets I've received I've liked. Occasionally there will be an issue with fit or something off making it uncomfortable but I've never honestly tired to return it so I've never dealt with their customer service. You have to make sure you skip the month at the beginning of each month, otherwise they'll charge the card for store credit. If you forget you have 30 days to tell them you forgot and they'll reverse the transaction. If you realize past the 30 days then it's too late and they can't refund you. I originally joined because they had 30 band sizes which no one else seems to hold but recently all of their new stuff says "sold out" of anything band size 30 as soon as they announce it which means, to me, they just aren't making them anymore. That's the reason I'm cancelling my membership. Overall I didn't have any problems as long as I stayed on top of skipping the month.

Bad bad company

Adore charged me an elite box and I was only scrolling the site. I called to cancel the moment the purchase was made the rep told me they was unable to cancel elite subscriptions, although I did approve; it was already on it's way and it was only 12 mins after the transaction. They sent three bull$#*! pieces they wanted to charge my card 150.00 for some bull$#*! pieces so I reported my card stolen and kept the items I never order and still until this day they are trying to charge that stolen card the amount of 150.00. Be careful of this company scams! This unsatisfied cookie paid them back for all the unapproved charges charged I kept the products after they charged my card 20.00 that wasn't authorized for the beginning.not me I won't allow them to take advantage of the online ordering. Use a prepaid card when dealing with those people not your bank information they will take from you without permission. So I returned the favor they are literally stealing from people just browsing the site.

Please, note that it takes multiple steps to subscribe to the Elite membership we're very sorry to hear that the Elite membership was in any way unclear. I am more than happy to explain exactly how it works.

When you create an account on our site, you are offered the option to join the Elite Membership in your account or the Pay As You Go one time purchase option and the VIP membership option, during checkout when ordering.

When selecting the Elite Membership, as described online, you will receive a styling fee charge and per said charge a monthly shipment with three sets. These sets, are a reflection of the style profile you have created in your account’s Elite Dashboard.

Once your monthly box is delivered, you will have a 7 day try-on period to decide which sets you absolutely adore and want to keep. Once you have decided which sets you would like to keep, you can send back anything you don't love, absolutely free. You only pay for the sets you keep!

This company has return process that is a farce. If you order 5 items and they come in one box of 5 items, you would expect that the charge for restocking of $5.95 is for the box of items but instead, you can only return one item per label, forcing you to return multiple boxes of items rather than 1 you received. They are unscrupulous in their scams. Once they "process" the return, they send a bogus email stating that items were damaged and you are charged another $20 for damage to each item. Absolutely lie. I never tried on the panties and only the bra, which doesn't fit because they force you to take what fits within their guideline what is a top size vs. bottom. Nothing will ever work when you need different sized bottoms than tops between regular and plus. They are essentially making $25.95 for the customer to receive NOTHING! They need to allow people to mix plus with regular. Some might be plus below and miss below. Not right and no intention of changing process.

I have never ordered from this company previously and never will again if this is my first experience. It's been days and no one from customer support has responded to my emails. Will not arrive on time

I had two seperate orders both supposed to arrive on 12-27-19, one was a day late and the other has yet to arrive as of 12-30-19. It also has not moved. The area in four days. I have tried to contavt them about but no one has responded savageX fenty hasnt done this to me yet and i have order there longer than I have adore me.

I have been super happy!

I tried out Adore Me on a whim and am VERY glad I did. I am surprised to see all the poor reviews here, as my own experience has been truly stellar. Finally, matching bra and panty sets that are comfortable, pretty and FIT PROPERLY. I have not noticed a lack of quality in the items at all. In fact, most of the important stuff on the bra (clasps etc) are metal, not plastic, which is rare these days. The panties are soft and comfortable too and the bras give nice support and shape.

I have done three orders now and gotten many items on sale or BOGO. One set, they didn't send me the panties. They let me keep the rogue bra, gave me a $10 account credit and sent me a code that I could use to get any set on the website.

I will continue to order from them!

I've been on and off with Adore me for a few years now. Shipping takes forever so I cancel. Now they started an elite box which they claim you get a box every month with selected bras, panties, lingerie etc. Keep what you like and return the rest. Easy enough. Except you don't get a box every month, you get a box a month after they charge your account. I got charged in October for my first box ( I kept everything) and haven't seen another box since. The date on my elite box keeps changing and is now set for January! Might as well just purchase what you want and forget any kind of membership because you will wait forever!

Do not buy anything from here! You get put on a subscription automatically, you can't call anyone to get it removed, you can't delete your credit card, they email you constantly and text! It's an absurd use of private information that they abuse and won't correct. This is no way to create forever customers. Worst experience ever. Put them out of business.

Waste of time & money!

They took the $39.95 from my account the months I forgot to skip s payment or that my hold expired but somehow when they returned these funds after I called them they credited me the current month and not the oldest month on the account so now they owe me $79.90 and can't refund all of it because one of the charges was a year old... since customer service refunded the wrong payment now they say it's not refundable because it's a year old. Only store credit for the cheap lingerie that is over priced on the website so don't believe the scam if we'll take the funds from your account but you can always get it back because that's nothing but a lie. Don't fall for it!

They had a huge sale going on so I decided to take advantage of it and I order 18 items total and got like 30% off my order, these mfs canceled my order without me knowing and told me they was out of stock on half of the items I ordered but I know thats a lie. This is all based off of my FIRST BOX. I ordered the Elite membership box. It was not delivered to my house through USPS. I waited 3 weeks for that due to how the subscription is set up. I then called customer service, who told me I can't get another box sent and I have to wait for my December box. I asked why couldn't I have another box sent out as this was not my fault. They said that's it's really a loss for them because of the product that was just lost and they cannot issue me a new box and that they have a "system" that only allows one box to be sent out a month. It makes me also believe that the $20 "styling fee" for having a personal stylist aide on the decisions is a total lie. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she had the nerve to say "even if I let you speak to a supervisor, they will only tell you the same thing and we WON'T give you a new box." She then conveniently said that their supervisors do not take calls and that they are not available to discuss this issue.

Adore Me is a Scam

Ordered a bra set from Adore Me. The product arrived and I didn't like the fit or the quality. I thought my business was done No! They kept charging my card a membership fee and I didn't realize it.

When I called to get a refund they said they could't refund my money, I could only receive a store credit for 3 months of charges. I was told I would receive an email with a $116 credit and the phone reps couldn't help until I received the credit email. The email never arrived. In called multiple times and I was never successful in receiving a refund! I admit it was my fault for not watching my account closer but I shouldn't have to lose $300 dollars to this company and receive nothing in return.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, unless you like being ripped off!

Where do i start. I signed up 4 months ago and was receiving bra and panty sets which was cool. But then it got to a point where I had too many. So i switched my preferences to the pajamas. Next box I had panty sets. I called to let them know and it is like you are talking to robots from china reading from a script. Then after you hang up you get the same duplicated email back to back. I asked to speak to a supervisor. No call. I send the box back a day before the date it was due and they charged my card $139.90. I called customer service got the run around standard email and when i finally got a chance to talk to someone she says it was never received but usps showed otherwise. This was in August. I called at least 7 times until last month I said I was going to contact the BBB because they were holding on to my money and I sent the merchandise. 2 days later money was back in my acct. I called back told them to send me the link to cancel my acct. I never got a response. 3 days later I get an email saying package received missing items. And charged my acct 10.00. I said oh no oh no called back the lady sent me a link and i have never looked back. Adore me is unprofessional, scripted, and they will never let you speak to a supervisor. The pajamas are nice but the bra sets are very cheap. If I were you I would look for another subscription lingerie service. If you even google this company you will see all the complaints they have had. Wish I would have done that first.

This is the worst subscription service I have ever used. I canceled me the entire subscription after I got my first box and experienced the poor quality of the products. I tried one bra and chose not to try anything else due to the ugly designs. I packed and sent everything as instructed. Then a month later they charged me another 20.00. Thinking it was an error I contacted the company requesting a refund. I got an e-mail telling me that the returned items did not pass the inspection and this was the reason for the charge. There was no explanation of which items or why they did not pass inspection. With this experience, I realize that the entire thing is a scam to charge people for extra. Do not use the company as a subscription box. They are not trustworthy. I will now stick only to my two trusted clothing subscriptions, Stitch Fix and The Trunk.:-)

It's a scam

This company is a scam. They charged me for shipping 3 times! $10 upon ordering (even though it was supposed to be free but I live in Canada so I thought 'oh well'). Shipping was a nightmare, tracking didn't work and the parcel came weeks late. I had to pay another $15 at the post office - customer shipping charge.
I find the quality of the items very poor and nothing really fits properly. Now I learn, I have to pay $6 for every returned set (for 3 sets that's another $18).
I already paid $43 extra and I'm still worried they're not going to give me the rest of my money back. Customer service is useless.
I don't know how it works in the US but if you're thinking of ordering from another country - don't do it!

We usually advise Canadian customers to wait up to 14 business days for their order to arrive, without factoring the time spent in customs.

Unfortunately, we can not account for the time spent going through the international customs and border services. We do apologize for any and all inconvenience this may cause.

I'm very sorry you incurred these additional charges for your package at customs. All orders outside of the U. S may be subject to customs fees. We try to make this as clear as possible by providing this information on our website prior to purchasing.

Customs fees are processed by the Canadian government and chosen at their discretion. We do not have details on the selection process of which packages will be subject to fees.

You are never obligated to pay this fee as you may reject the package. It will then be returned to our warehouse and once received we are able to provide you a full refund.

Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid customs fees charged by your custom and border patrol.
