Can't seem to get this cancelled. I continue to get billed. Bras don't fit well and unable to return.
The bras are really cute and I love that they have some in my size (38G) Not every place has my size in cute styles. However, it's slightly unpredictable in sizing. I got two identical bras in different shades of nude and the darker one is bigger. I get different styles fitting differently, but why would different colors fit differently? It makes me slightly hesitant to purchase because I don't know if it's going to be bigger or smaller, but I'll probably go back because they are cute, fairly reasonable, and they last fairly well.
I stayed with adore me because I really liked the looks of their items. When I finally got them delivered, none of them ever fit me the way I had expected and often only wore them once or twice before I gave up.
The styles I liked were never in stock in my sizes and some of the sets got dingy quick
The item I ordered didn't fit correctly even though it said it was a small and literally only survive one gentle wash
Loved the bras I selected. Very pretty. But they dont last. One the underwire has already popped through and there's a tear in the cup. The other s uncomfortable as the side support plastic bits bend and dig in.
Okay one of the clasps broke right away. I like the fit just not that it broke
I ordered something that was guaranteed by valentines. It's not that big of deal but when I called then just basically told me sorry abt ur luck. Just sad. I love the brand but expected a better response

I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau regarding my interactions with Adore Me. For a company that advertises free returns and exchanges, I am very upset they not only refused to refund me for an outfit I returned INSTANTLY because it was clearly not the right size, but they also charged me an additional $25.95 for returning it on top of refusing to refund the purchase price.
I will say that the outfit would have been nice and high quality if it had fit me. However, that's the only nice thing I can say because the company refused to refund my money for returnIng it in brand-new condition since it didn't fit, charged me an extra $25.95 in addition to the original price, and even tried to charge me with a VIP membership subscription recurring fee when I returned the outfit! All this, after advertising that it's free to return or exchange.
Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and stay away.

This company tricks you into thinking you're getting a low cost subscription, then charges you $99 extra. The terms are very unclear and their customer service reps are a nightmare to deal with it. Quality of the products was mediocre at best. Save your money and go with another company!

Before ordering anything check what Adore Me says is your size on their sizing guide. Mine ended up being way too big, and I did the sizing guide and instead of a usual 42D I'm a 38C! The exchange system is simple, easy, and free however. I chose my pick out of any set, and was able to get my correct size this time. I only wish I knew this before ordering the first time, though.
But good quality! The bra was nice and there was nothing wrong, it just didn't fit. Exceptional return system.

I ordered three bra and panty sets roughly a month ago and received them in a normal amount of time (a week or two) and was actually very happy with what I received! They were true to size and nothing fit me weird. The material was soft and comfy. And unlike some other reviewers claim when I skipped a showroom I was not charged afterwards. I don't think this company is a scam like so many people are saying.

I'm going to be contacting my bank and cancelling all the charges. Apparently I'm now a VIP member which they didn't notify me about, got charged 40 dollars for it, my order arrived 15 days later, I wanted to exchange it but I have received absolutely no instructions on how to do so, their phone numbers for customer service keep you on hold for forever until you get frustrated and hand up, plus their items are SO FLIMSY and of poor quality.DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM. You might as well go to Victoria's secret, the prices are pretty much the same and have better quality items.

Tried ordering a lingerie set from them, three weeks ago. The delivery date was supposed to be Jan 25th. I kept checking the shipping status and it said pending and they had issues. Not only this, but they spam your phone and your email with daily pRoMoTiOnS and dEaLs. Its extremely annoying and even when I unsubscribed, they still sent them. And still no sign of my things I ordered. I think I'm going to cancel my order and just get my money back. I can go to the mall and just get the same $#*!, for not only cheaper but I'll have it for valentines day. This is a terrible site to but things from, just use Victorias secret or Adam & Eve, literally anything is better than this scam of a website.

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. Their lingerie is cheap, ugly, and poorly fitting. They do not listen to feedback at all. Don't bother filling out their stylist feedback forms - no one will read them. Their colors are all ugly and boring. They are overpriced - all for nothing. If you need to get a refund you will have to argue for hours just to get your money back. I sent an entire box back before I cancelled my subscription, it was apparently lost/stolen in transit back to their warehouse, and they tried to charge me for it. I had to call them and demand that they refund my money. I cancelled my subscription in December 2019 and asked them to delete my account and card information.
They refused to do so and in February 2020 they charged my bank account $40 (a membership fee? Not sure) which I am now fighting to have refunded. I called immediately upon noticing the charge and sat on hold for ten minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Called again, no answer. This was During business hours. Called the next day and sat on hold for over ten minutes until I was Finally connected to a service representative who could do Nothing to help me except to "escalate" the issue to the Escalation Team who I will supposedly hear from in who knows how many days.
This time I will make sure they delete every part of my account. THANKFULLY my card has expired so they have no way to charge me again.
This company is a total scam and they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not order from them. Please save your money and save yourself the trouble.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If you've had a similar experience, I suggest you do the same.

This company it's an absolute sham. It's been over a week since I placed my order and it's still processing but conveniently their customer service rep can't cancel it because warehouse is already shipping it' which is also what they told me three days ago but nothing in my status has changed. They won't refund me... I have to wait until I receive my item which will probably be in like a month the way they operate. Also, I requested to speak to a manager and was told I couldn't because managers don't take calls... probably because they have so many complaints that is all they would do. They're basically keeping my money hostage and giving me a run around... she submitted it for their escalation team' which will take another 1-2 business days for them to contact me. Also every time I call they tell me I ordered it on a different day and the time stamp she has for me ordering it is definitely not accurate. She also tried to blame it on the shipping company but then blamed it on Valentine's Day coming up... the shipping company doesn't have anything to do with Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day is on the same day every year, hire more people or account for the increase in orders in some way... it's not that hard...

Beautiful design, good fit, Okay quality and value for money. My experience with "Adoreme" was a very positive one. I ordered 2 bras and the are super comfortable. I was happy with the delivery too.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
