The products that I buy are always well made and beautiful. But the shipping is horrible. I understand that I am on the west coast and the items come from back East, but it still shouldn't take 2 weeks to get the products, especially since it is marked as shipped the next day. It's mostly the partner carrier, because once it gets to USPS it only takes 2 days. I've tracked the shipments and sometimes it stays on the east coast for over a week. Sometimes the tracking shows shipped as a later date after USPS has already accepted the package for delivery.
I love all my orders. Good quality. Customer service the best. Orders filled & sent on time, I am a very satisfied customer.

I will keep my subscription to Adore Me because I thought the product selection was wide enough for someone like me with a varying style. I thought the site was shopper friendly, but I still do not like the auto draft from the account every month with no text alert. The sizes were great and I loved my sets. The fact that it showed up in a box was so great! The items were safe and sound in there.

I bought my wife some lingerie and the monthly billing would not stop. The problem was fixed but Why was I being billed and where was my money going? Nobody knew strange. Oh well great products and the problem was solved. You wont get my CC# again though.

Lots of stuff does not fit ~ Either way too big or too small and same size marked. Some of the quality is horrible, I have had things fall apart after washing with no exchange or return available. When I say don't charge me and I get charged anyways, really messes up my account! More then half the time I get notified you have something new and when I go its gone. Then every now and then I get this great bra ~ Rare but it happens. Never wear the under-ware because Cotton is never an option just that silky crap! So that's a huge waste! My money and your supplies! Not sure Im love Adore me! I keep cancelling my months due to a lot of the issues above

I have been a member of AdoreMe for the past 5 years and I recommend it to anyone and everyone in my life. The bras are true to size, incredibly comfortable, and last multiple years. The return policy is incredibly fair and easy for the few times that I have had to return a bra for any various reasons (usually because I didn't realize they were front clasp and that just isn't a good look for me). As a side note, none of my partners have ever been less than appreciative of how anything looks.

Love the sets and PJ's but one set I loved the thong ripped after I washed it and couldn't wear it again.
Items are nice looking on line but not really true to size. I wish that you can try the bras for 14 days if they don't work exchange or credit

I've bought good quality and comfortable items from them for myself and as gifts. I do find their return/exchange policy a little annoying as you don't get a full cash refund for your purchase.

It is true that with returns there is an automated $5.95 worth of restocking fee withhold, but our customer service representatives are more than happy to overrule this process and issue a refund for this fee as well, especially if there has been a problem related to the order or it is your first return with us and you did not know about the restocking fee.
We understand that when problems occur our customers may not always wish to keep their items and we do not want them to be stuck with items that they may no longer need.
As soon as you receive the notification email that we have processed your return please contact us via email and you can be sure to receive a full refund.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

Packages take 3 to 5 business days to deliver with the free shipping method not counting the 1 to 2 business days processing time in the warehouse.
