I would never recommend Adore Me to anyone. You will be cheated out of your money! Their website boasted 5 pairs of panties for $20. I ordered 5 pairs and ONLY received ONE pair.

I ordered from here once a bra and panties. You get your product but small size panties are actually like a large. Wouldn't recommend. Bra size runs maybe a size too small.
The worst part is they tried taking money out of my account 3 times last month without me ordering anything and without authorization so I had to inconveniently get a new bank card.
They ignored my emails, never refunded an order, then charged for shipping when I already paid it in my original order, charged 1 cent on my exchanges when the total said $0.00 and now they just charged a random $80 to my card when there are no orders or subscriptions on my account! Now I have to cancel my credit card :(
The sizes were great and I loved my sets. The fact that it showed up in a box was so great! The items were safe and sound in there. Excellent!

I have ordered many things on Adore Me that I have loved (lingerie, swimsuits, pajamas). However, this month a charge went through for $39.95 after I skipped the month, and the app shows that I have $0 of store credit. I was planning on keeping my membership to buy more swimsuits this summer, but if this issue is not resolved, then I will have to cancel.
We have returned unordered packages and canceled membership 3 times, they continue to charge for items not ordered. Don't be tricked into trying a membership. It's a scam!
This company is not honest! And they will never STOP sending emails after emails... even after you contact them to stop. They never do. The phone # they have listed goes to a survey not to there company. I ordered something 4 years ago and I can't get them to leave me alone... my inbox gets emails from them daily over and over again day in and day out. Do not get involved with this company, you will never get them to STOP

I work at one of the physical stores. We focus entirely on body positivity and openness with customers. Women come in constantly that are genuinely surprised that we have their bra size. It's the most positive store in the entire mall and one of the most favorite jobs I've ever had

My account is overdrawn for the second time. I NEVER signed up for VIP because I can't keep up with the rules. Ordered 1 bra set 1/20 & they automatically signed me up for VIP. The only way out is if you go on their website and cancel. This is not fair! It's PREDATORY and I am without money until next week! This company is sneaky and I'll never trust online purchases again!@

They trick you into checking off a vip membership and continue to charge your credit card without your permission. Month after month they charge you under the guise that it's a "store credit". Junk merchandise and a recurring charge you can't get rid of.

I dont have a review on the product as it still has not arrived, I am in Canada and so maybe that is the problem? However, we are 11 days past the "scheduled to arrive" by date. I have made several attempts to contact the makers but I keep getting automated "typical answers to questions" the tracking button does nothing other than come to a blank screen. It is very frustrating!

I unsubscribed because many of the sets I wanted were "low in stock" and didn't have either my bra or panty size available ever. Also returns aren't fun. I had to go to the library and have return labels printed out. Then they claimed they never recieved the return and tried to charge me. A series of phone calls cleared it up but it was just too much stress to make the return in the first place, to only be accused of never sending the 2 sets back. The lingerie I did buy (aside from the returns) fit well and was of good quality and comfort and build, however.

I find the site really convenient and accurate as far as what is pictured.The account tab on the left is nice. I've also dealt with customer service 2 or 3 times and had a great experience. I found everyone very helpful, pleasant, & informed. I appreciated receiving follow up emails or documentation of our call. I've already told a few people about you guys so far. I have an unusual size so that's what brought me to you. Always helps to get warning emails for pausing for the month too. Thanks for being great and offering various sizes that aren't available in stores. :D I try to leave reviews because the quality, price & fit are truly worth going for it. If only my weird size wouldn't sell out so much!

I absolutely love the service. However, I am finding that they only have one style that's rates a "OMG I LOVE IT". The rest, so far, have been rated a "yeah, it's ok" not bad, but, just ok... it makes me a little sad. Because the company's service is wonderful! I can let my subscription go for a while without ordering anything and when I need a new set I can go in and browse, pick the one I like, and hit the order button. It remembers my size. I just wish they would let you reorder right from you previous orders.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
